Using them faithfully will help us analyze what we are doing and identify areas where changes are needed. The nice thing about SP is that we make small, easy changes one at a time. emoticon

Hi Debby.
I understand about not being a club joiner, but believe me it is good sometimes to just have somewhere to vent your frustration when you are not losing as you would wish or because you are angry with yourself for not passing on that cake at work. When you get the "been there done that" replies it puts everything back into perspective so you can move on. Remember to tell us when you have really achieved something too so we can cheer with you

my sister lost 105 pounds at age 63 by walking 15000 steps a day.

i lost 44 pounds by giving up grain products and sugary products at age 60.

i use a salad plate as a dinner plate; i eat with a childs fork. takes your brain 20 minutes to tell your stomach your full. it works.

Hi, My name is Debby and I have just joined the team. This seems like a very good web site and I am hoping that it will help me keep my motivation to reach my goal. I am not really a club joiner type person prefering to tackle things on my own, obviously this is not working for me so it's time for a complete attitude adjustment.
