Oh...thanks for bringing that up. It happens to me a lot and I usually crave protein or carbs. I have learned to make wise choices when it comes to the starving modes. I truly think it is my body asking for what it is needed. I try not to fall into the trap of over indulging when this happens. I have what I call emergency foods like portions of cooked protein in the freezer and 100 calorie flat wraps. I'm getting better at not giving in to excess.

Your body is catching up with you. As your body changes your eating changes. I want more the days I do water exercises and the days I do strength training. I try to eat at the low end most days and then I can eat the high end when my body wants it. My Dr says to listen to my body. If it is real hunger and what you are satisfied with something that isn't fried or concentrated sugar, then you need it. I do best with a protein, nuts in my case,after exercise. Biggest Loser recommends lean sliced meat, turkey.

I rise the same time every day. Have breakfast the same time same amount of calories. No difference in activity Not any warmer or colder any day And yet most days I get to morning break at 9 am and don't feel hungry but today I could eat a horse?
