Well, if you were a fan, you'd be doing cartwheels right now. Toronto is mopping the floor with the Calgary Stamps. I've slipped today...hot toddy's for the flu and chicken soup!! Not exactly balanced ;) Tomorrow will be back on track!
I know there's no "easy" way to lose weight but, I'd sure like to know of anyone that has a few little tricks to kick start the weight loss...any tips from my team members? Nothing like a quick 5 lb loss to motivate!! :)
