I'm getting REALLY good at learning what doesn't work!

The only failure is when you fail to learn!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

If you're like me you have been struggling with your weight most of your life. I'm also willing to bet that you have tried tons of different diets only to FAIL over and over again.

Think about it, does this look like something positive or negative?

The word, "Failure" is definitely NEGATIVE. Each and every time we've FAILED it puts us into a mode of self hatred because we keep focusing on the negatives.

Like when we have a bad day and slip up we beat ourselves instead of learning how to avoid it the next time around.

Or when we keep trying at something and every time we FAIL we eventually give up and tell ourselves whats the use and we give up because we see ourselves as FAILURES.

Here's some examples of negative self talk I have experienced over and over again.....

Telling myself I'm a loser.

Telling yourself how awful you feel being over weight.

The list could go and on......

Now, lets look at all this in a different perspective.....

Instead of looking back on all of our FAILURES how about looking at the positive things.

Since you have tried for years to get it right have you ever thought about the positive wealth of information that you have learned about living healthy.

I bet you could write a book about it.

All of your knowledge is there for the taking you just need to tap into it.

Tell yourself you know what to do. And that you WILL succeed because you are A SMART AND METICULOUS HUMAN BEING! YOU ARE WORTH EVERY BIT OF IT JUST LIKE THE NEXT PERSON.

You also have to make a promise to yourself not to beat yourself up because you have had a slip up.

You also have to make a promise to yourself not to beat yourself up because you have had a slip up.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and KEEP GOING FORWARD!!!!

BE A SPARKLING PERSON! KEEP SPARKLING IN ALL YOUR SPARKINESS!!

TURN THAT FROWN UPSIDE DOWN! emoticon
