Within the last few weeks, there was a poll on DailySpark that asked people to identify their favorite workout songs within each decade. It included quite an extensive list of songs. Maybe some of the songs on the list will appeal to you:
You know, as much as I hate to admit this, one of the best CD's I've ever exercised to was a Richard Simmons workout that a friend of mine had - I think it was something like Rocking to the Sixties. I know that 60's music is fantastic for making a body want to move! I have big problems with my lower back and joints but I still can't sit still when a rocking 60's song is playing!
