I just completed my second week on Spark people. My weigh in this time-a little disappointing. I am gaining momentum with being able to track all the time and love what I'm learning about nutrition in what I have been eating. Now time to add a little exercise. I signed up for a month-long walking program at work that will also benefit a charitable cause; so the motivation is definately there.Hope to get more involved in the groups here soon...
