Thank you for your replies all. I have looked at it a lot and didn't see how it would work. I agree that eating healthy is the way to go as our emoticon site tells us. It is very slow loosing for me but I know it will come off in it's own time. Thank you all emoticon emoticon

i've never believed in using any of that junk. best way to achieve results is a change of life style.

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds.

i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60.

we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

I had not heard of/noticed it before you mentioned it but I am always wary of alternatives to proper food and portion management since a colleague went from a GB size 18 to a size 10 using Slimfast then back to a size 22 when she went back to eating "normal" things. Hard as it is for everyone of us managing of food intake to match or height and exercise levels is the only long term way to manage the weight issue

No I haven't. Did some research and decided it was too good to be true.

Has anyone tried the free trial of Sensa? They are always advertising it here on Spark. Just wondering if it works or is it just a bunch of hooey. Let me know if you have tried it please.
