Thank you for your replies all. I have looked at it a lot and didn't see how it would work. I agree that eating healthy is the way to go as our site tells us. It is very slow loosing for me but I know it will come off in it's own time. Thank you all
I had not heard of/noticed it before you mentioned it but I am always wary of alternatives to proper food and portion management since a colleague went from a GB size 18 to a size 10 using Slimfast then back to a size 22 when she went back to eating "normal" things. Hard as it is for everyone of us managing of food intake to match or height and exercise levels is the only long term way to manage the weight issue
