Congratulations I think we would all like to lose the pounds faster then we do but "slow and steady wins the race" really does apply here You've done well - go and reward yourself with something you've been wanting - a new piece of clothing ?, a trip to the theater ?, a day at a Spa ? When I lose my next 5 lbs. I'm going to treat myself to a pedicure

my sister walks 15,000 steps a day at 63 years old and has lost 105 pounds.
i gave up grain and sugary products and have lost 44 pounds at age 60.
we are both still loosing weight until we reach our goal

Hi I've a way to go but just wanted to share the good news that I have gone to under 12 stones. A mile stone for me. Now chasing the under 11 stones weight which will prob take me 14 weeks but whose counting the weeks not me just aiming to go steadily down in weight. Well done everyone WE ARE GETTING THERE!
