I started taking mega B's a few years ago, before I started getting serious, and found immediately I not only had more "get up and go" but it helped my concentration. I was learning to play bridge at the time and could really tell if I didn't take it for a few days.
I don't know about helping metabolism but if you're more active today than you were yesterday, you're headed in the right direction...right?!
Be sure to look at your other nutrient levels on your food tracker page, too. I was surprised to find how low my potassium intake was! All I added was a serving of spinach and a small potato (yes!) every day and I feel better!
