My DH takes B12 at the recommendation of his physician. The only supplements I take are fish oil and co-Q-10. Please team, check out vitamins, supplements, etc. for any interactions with any drugs, Rx or OTC, that you may be taking! And, remember, if you are taking calcium not to take anything else within 2 hours either side of it. Doctors are wonderful but they often forget to tell patients things like this. Actually your pharmacist is the expert on interactions and spacing when taking medications, etc. There is a website called Drugs.com that you can get on and check all your medications and supplements for interactions. It is free and it has been very helpful to me. It also tells you things like waiting for a specific time between taking thyroid meds, calcium, etc.

wow, you are right about the potassium..only got 1/3 of the minimum today. I will have to take time this weekend to find out more about that and increase it. And several other categories. Thanks for the tip!

I didn't get this heavy over night. I can't lose this weight over night. This is all about patience and fortitude!

I started taking mega B's a few years ago, before I started getting serious, and found immediately I not only had more "get up and go" but it helped my concentration. I was learning to play bridge at the time and could really tell if I didn't take it for a few days.

I don't know about helping metabolism but if you're more active today than you were yesterday, you're headed in the right direction...right?! emoticon

Be sure to look at your other nutrient levels on your food tracker page, too. I was surprised to find how low my potassium intake was! All I added was a serving of spinach and a small potato (yes!) every day and I feel better!

Glad you asked - keep asking; we all need to know the answers!

Is anyone taking vitamin B12? Are you feeling any different? do you think it really works?

have been taking this for a week now, hoping it will help with my energy level. Not real sure as of yet if it is beneficial. I'm going to go through this bottle (60 days) and see if it makes a big difference in how I feel. Also, I've read it raises metabolism rate so it helps you lose weight. If anything helps with that I'll give it a shot! emoticon
