This is a life journey. Whether is 2 cookies or a hot dog, doesn,t make you fat! Its a slow process of re thinking and changing your mindset. Life will get in the way! But we do not fall off the wagon, we just hop back on and keep going! Being here with the Sparkers keeps me aware. Have a good day everyone! Cherie

This is NOT an all or nothing journey. As long as you tracked and were still ok, I wouldn't worry. It's not like you ate the whole bag.

I've never been good at the all or nothing mentality. Just move past it and go forward. It's just a blip on the radar.

Don't allow those 2 cookies to get you down. If the calories do not take you off track you should look at them as a reward for being on track. Even if the cookies had taken you over you can just get back on track the next day. Be strong for yourself, don't get down because of a possible moment of weakness.

Hellp Misudad and welcome to the team! Know how you feel and have been there so many times and I am there right now. We beat ourselves up for something like eating 2 cookies, but what is important is that we don't eat 2 more or go on eating because we feel we have blown it. Just keep going with the healthy eating and exercise. On one of the trivia questions I remember that eating 2 peanut butter cookies was better for you and contained less fat and calories than 2 sugar cookies.

After A whole week of staying on track, last night I had a moment of weakness and ate 2 chocolate chip cookies. Its not the cookies that are the problem its the emotions they trigger. Why is it I feel like such a failure, they were unplanned but still within my weekly allowance. Its that all or nothing mentality again. Cant do it unless Im perfect. This is the point where i usually give up. Gonna try to just continue this time.
