I believe that at the bottom of your sparkpage is where you type in your starting weight then chose your background and your tracker icon. Be sure to SAVE your page before exiting and your lovely little tracker will appear on all your posts.
I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis along with being pre-diabetic and some days it's all I can do just to get up and get dressed. I can't imagine trying to excersize when I'm in a Fibro fog or flare, however I do get things done like housekeeping, grocery shopping and walking to the mail box. How can I apply walking, bending, etc to the calorie burning element of Spark?
