I believe that at the bottom of your sparkpage is where you type in your starting weight then chose your background and your tracker icon. Be sure to SAVE your page before exiting and your lovely little tracker will appear on all your posts.

If I can't find exactly what I'm looking for I do find something close so I get an idea of what calories I'm burning.

You can also find other surprises in the Fitness Tracker

Heavy cleaning aka housework
Gardening
Playing an instrument (who knew?)
Raking the lawn
Snow shoveling (a personal favourite)

Some of these should be useful I hope.

Cheers,
Catherine

Go to your exercise page and browse the exercise there. I think it is listed.

There are two options regarding committment - your either IN or your OUT. There is no such thing as life in-between.

A person who wants something will find a way..
A person who doesn't will find an excuse...

I have Fibromyalgia and arthritis along with being pre-diabetic and some days it's all I can do just to get up and get dressed. I can't imagine trying to excersize when I'm in a Fibro fog or flare, however I do get things done like housekeeping, grocery shopping and walking to the mail box. How can I apply walking, bending, etc to the calorie burning element of Spark?
