I'm looking into doing more strength training alternating with Leslie Sansones walking cd,s. Thats what I,ve been doing. According to some articles I,ve read, I,m not eating enough during the day. So I have to work on that. Have a good day everyone! Cherie

Having one knee replacement and the other one pending, I cannot do those types of exercises either. We just do what we can.

There are some things I can,t do or have to modify. Forget hopping, skipping or jumping. The same with having to do modified lunges. Also I can,t balance too well, have to hold on. I still do my work-outs and strength training but no plyometrics either. At 200 pounds and bad ft , I do at least an hrs work-out a day. Its the best I can do! I hope everyone here can do this too! Cherie
