Thanks for the encouragement to get the knees done. I have been putting it off for about 5 years now. I wanted to get both done at the same time because I have difficulties with anesthesia, but my surgeon wants to do only one at a time. I know both need to be done but if I get one done I might not have the courage to get the other done.
Yes ask the PT they know what exercise is best for those types of arthritis. Sharon if you need to have your knee replaced go for it. I had mine done the end of July and I wish that I had it done sooner. I am not in pain and now I can go down and not worry about falling over because my leg could not hold me.
If you tell God no because He won't explain the reason He wants you to do something, you are actually hindering His blessing. But when you say yes to Him, all of heaven opens to pour out His goodness and reward your obedience. What matters more than material blessings are the things He is teaching us in our spirit. Wishing you a successful surgery, Diane. Try to keep in touch with us if you can and let us know how you are doing. I need to make surgery arrangements soon for my knees. Have to stop putting it off and just get it done.
