Hello and welcome to the team CSM. Glad you joined us. To get pictures on your posts you need to edit your Sparkpage and save. The picture you want on your posts will be the profile picture. You will have a photo gallery there that you can import pictures from your computer. Just follow the directions and be sure to save everything you do on it or you will lose it. For the pictures I have found that I have to crop just about all of mine to make them fit the files. Hope that helps. There is a Getting Started section on the Start page that will help you, too.

Sounds like you are doing really well. I would track your appropriate cal and exercise online. Did you have your cals and exercise calculated for you to meet your goal? Use the articles and blogs for support and continued motivation

I am so tired of being overweight, I really want to loose, now I said I joined a spinning class, I did not say I could keep up with everything they do, hahaha. It is fun the trick is get stuck on the very last bike in a very cramped little room so there is no way you can get out, so you might as well go ahead and try to stick with it.

Hi everyone, I am 52 and weigh 230 pounds I have already started tracking my calories and I am exercising 4 times a week I do a spinning class 2 times a week I swim 1 time a week and walk a mile on the treadmill plus weight training. I would really like to lose 30 pounds by sept. Any and all advise is appreciated
