Thanks - back home from the brunch - didn't do too bad. I guess I always wonder if I should eat regularly afterwards. I have been eating tons of grapes, which have lots of sugar! Anyway, I think I did pretty well -only a couple pieces of ruglach!

Keep your chin up. When to dinner with a friend last night and was worried about what I was going to eat. SURPRISE!! They had a weight watchers menu. I choose one of the selections and although it did not look like his (go figure). Mine was very satifying and it filled me and it was very tasty. And, since the scale has not bugged for me in a week or so even with the excercise I have been doing it I was greatly worried. But, what a shock I got up this morning and it finally moved 3 pounds. So, hang in there and percevere it will pay off. And enjoy the company and focus on the fact that we are going out in groups to be social and enjoy each other the the food should only be a side dish not the main course.
I am headed to a Sunday brunch! Yikes! I will really try not to eat all the muffins and yummy stuff. I think I will just allow myself one goody - that sounds like a plan! I keep saying, I am going to do it this time! Unfortunately, I am having a really hard time finding time to exercise. I have to leave for work really early in the a.m. and then get home relatively late, then make dinner, and am exhausted. Sounds like an excuse, wouldn't you say! Okay - I will keep thinking postively!
