I, too, have come to the realization that sugar is like poison to me. It seems the only way I can lose is to completely cut it out (including fruit--yikes!!---the hardest part, especially in the summer!). I'm starting Day 2 of no sugar and, like you, I lose about 1/2 lb. day when I don't. My question to myself is "why do I start again!?"
anyone wAnt to join me in this challenge? I am 12 days in and am not craving sugar.. and that is from someone that was eating sugar at every meal. You will be surprised at how much hidden sugar is in your pantry items. 6 lbs gone and energy level up!
