I live in El Paso, TX
I am on day 3 and really feeling like I will stick to logging this time. I have kept it to 1000 calories since Monday when I started and excercised every day. I even went to an event last night that would normally involve some not so healthy food and drink but stick to my program. I didn't weigh myself this time because for me the scale only discourages. I can feel weight loss in my clothes and mood and don't need to self sabbatage. I am feeling empowered!!!
