My weight goals are to just maintain in the 130-135 pound range.
Should be easy with all the fresh veggies in the garden. Behavior
goals-86 the snacking after supper and eat meals on time. Again,
it is a spring/summer issue when there is so much to do outside
before the sun sets so meal times are haphazard. My "YOU" goals?
Find time for me that isn't just about the garden, the flowers,
the housework. Read a book, take a walk, be kind to myself.
DON'T BE NORMAL! BE YOU!
