My wt goals are to lose at least an oz a wk! Behavior goals to do my dailys and try to keep under 1500 cals a day. My "me"goals to enjoy reading a new book this month, mom just gave me one I think I will make a commitment to read it for the month of june, plus plan a camping trip!

My weight goals are to just maintain in the 130-135 pound range. Should be easy with all the fresh veggies in the garden. Behavior goals-86 the snacking after supper and eat meals on time. Again, it is a spring/summer issue when there is so much to do outside before the sun sets so meal times are haphazard. My "YOU" goals? Find time for me that isn't just about the garden, the flowers, the housework. Read a book, take a walk, be kind to myself.
