HI teammates. My june goals are to workout 5 days per wk. and walk for 2 miles 2x per week.

Also to lose 4 pounds and get my weight down to 202. Wish me luck!

Hello team! My June goals is to workout or walk everyday, and "not" give in to my binge urges. I already had 2 since June started, and I am recommitting today.

My weight goal for June is to reach 130 lbs.
My behavioral goal is to walk at least 10 minutes outdoors (weather permitting)
My me goal is to complete a jewelry project I have begun.

Behaviour goal Stop running to the office vending machine when things are getting me down

My wt goals are to lose at least an oz a wk!
Behavior goals to do my dailys and try to keep under 1500 cals a day.
My "me"goals to enjoy reading a new book this month, mom just gave me one I think I will make a commitment to read it for the month of june, plus plan a camping trip!

Just saw the other junes goals will take this off the sticky topic!

My weight goals are to just maintain in the 130-135 pound range.
Should be easy with all the fresh veggies in the garden. Behavior
goals-86 the snacking after supper and eat meals on time. Again,
it is a spring/summer issue when there is so much to do outside
before the sun sets so meal times are haphazard. My "YOU" goals?
Find time for me that isn't just about the garden, the flowers,
the housework. Read a book, take a walk, be kind to myself.
