Totally need to recommit as well. 50 years old, with old habits that I have got to find a way to break. Gained way too much over the last month and now I am back where I started. Summer is coming and I can't fit into any of my cute summer clothes. My goal is to be dedicated to 6 weeks of healthy eating and exercising. Good luck to you all!

I am only 52, but I am with ya girl! Yesterday i hit 170.2 Ouch! I am ready to shed the fluff too! My first thing is to post on my nutricion log again, I have always lost wt when I do it. 2nd is to move my booty, some sparksister said on the past!
Eat Less, Drink more and move your butt! Thats my goal.

I am starting a new adventure and it is going to be the beginning of a lot of things. I am going to spend time just trying to make myself healthy and loose some weight in the pocess. I want to loose at least 10 pounds, and i am going to make new decisions on eating and excercise. Does anyone want to come along. I am 66 let me hear from some of you gals that age.
