Thanks everyone. I am almost feeling guilty for losing weight when I didn't try as hard but am wondering if my metabolism acted differently this week because of slight changes. Anyway its good to know that I can have a slip up on occasion and not pay dearly for it.

This week I didn't exercise as much, had a chocolate bar, had a couple of cookies everyday and some days did not get all my water in. The only good thing I did was I was better with my protein intake. This morning I really hesitated about getting on the scale but had a really nice surprise when I was down another 2 pounds. Go figure when you don't try as hard it comes off.
