This is all about making healthy choices so keep fresh veggies on hand ready to eat when you get the munchies. Carrot sticks and celery sticks give you a nice crunch, apples provide sweetness and crunch. It's all about mind over matter. You can still eat in front of the TV as long as it is low or no calorie foods.
Shop the perimeter of the stores where all the fresh foods are. Stay away from the middle aisles where processed foods lurk. Cook from scratch. Batch cook. I live alone so do a lot of that. I buy family size packs of meats and chicken and freeze them into individual portions.
