I've gone through this .. and then all of a sudden I get on the scale and 3 or 4 pounds is gone. I've decided that the ups-and-downs of a few pounds is 'normal' to the process, and I'm only weighing once a week and in the morning after my morning 'elimination'. But I am also measuring my body and checking out my sizes. That for me is really encouraging and keeps me motivated. As I work out, muscle mass (and weight) replaces the fat, so the scale may now show my progress. Just hand in there. And yes, increasing my fruits and veggies to 8 to 10 per day probably has also helped along with staying at the low end of the calorie range while eating 5 times a day. Life is good when I can see results. The pounds will come if I KEEP MOVING and eating healthy! We'll all make it if we just do what our bodies need and stick to our reaching our goals!
