Congratulations on your new job! Don't forget that food fuels our bodies, including our brains. It's harder to learn something new when your body is depleted. If other employees are skipping lunch and breaks you could take a sandwich or meal replacement bar that doesn't take much time to eat. If everyone else makes time for lunch, you should too!

Good for you getting a good job but it isn't good to skip meals as your body will go into starvation mode because it doesn't know when it will get food again. It holds on to the fat.

It's always stressful learning a new job. Then you find out they really didn't tell you all you need to know. That's what I have always found anyway.

Well everyone I got a very good job. Sorry I haven't been active for 2 weeks, I have been training and getting home late, skipping breakfast, missing lunch and dinner. You would think I would have lost more wt than I have but some is better than none! LOL. I will get back on track when things calm down and I can adjust into my new position, and manage time better. But I am on my way!!!!!!
