TIMOTHYNOHE...oh to have a lovely butt!! I'm jealous..lol! My knees ache a lot, especially at night. I used to take 50mg of B6 vitamin but I ran out about two months ago..I really need to start it again. It was recommended by by family Dr. I found the butt blaster workout a bit hard on the wrists but there is a modified version..which I found awkward..I will definitely keep doing it if I can . Hope I can work up to doing two or three of those quick video sessions at a time.

I too have knee problems...standing 7-10 hours on my feet is not helping either.....over doing it at work, but, I have to work.
