Yes a Cheat is a Treat when you stay w/i cal range, That is what you get for doing so good! That and the satifaction that you get to enjoy not only your treat but delight that you can have it all girl! If you exercised that day, another woohoo for you.
I know what you mean about old habits dye hard. My old habits get me all the time, it's funny how you can go along time w/o having any of them crop up, than bam! You are face first in something you were able to eat just one serv of for ages. Just this wk I brought one of my binge foods in the house that has been no problem well then I brought the 2nd half of that binge food and boom I was eating them non stop. (chips and queso)
example- chips ok, cheese, ok have them both and I am face first in nachos! crackers ok, butter ok, put them together and I am eating the whole pkg.
It seems if I only have 1/2 of them I do just fine. to funny! Nice to meet you Vic.
