A treat is something to help you feel like you are not stopping everything. Even is you went over your calories for the day but were well with in other days of the week it would still not be a cheat

Yes a Cheat is a Treat when you stay w/i cal range, That is what you get for doing so good! That and the satifaction that you get to enjoy not only your treat but delight that you can have it all girl! If you exercised that day, another woohoo for you.

I know what you mean about old habits dye hard. My old habits get me all the time, it's funny how you can go along time w/o having any of them crop up, than bam! You are face first in something you were able to eat just one serv of for ages. Just this wk I brought one of my binge foods in the house that has been no problem well then I brought the 2nd half of that binge food and boom I was eating them non stop. (chips and queso)

example-
chips ok, cheese, ok have them both and I am face first in nachos!
crackers ok, butter ok, put them together and I am eating the whole pkg.

It seems if I only have 1/2 of them I do just fine. to funny! Nice to meet you Vic.

Had lithotripsy surgery on Monday, passed kidney stones Monday and Tuesday. Am going to ease back into my activity. Lesson learned...drink lots of water emoticon

I don't consider that a cheat, if you stayed in your calorie range - and it was a rare treat! Congrats on staying in your ranges, and congrats for treating yourself!! All the best.

I cheated today, Had a Frappe from Mickey D's. Stayed within my range on everything, but still feel I cheated. I will do better.
