What really pisses me off is that I thought my only real binge problem was the C's! (cakes, cookies, chips, ice cream, chocolate) this last wk I bought some really good cheese, they were setting out samples at costco with, "whole grain, gluten free" crackers, neither of these things have 'ever' been a prob for me, OMG the combo blew my mind, they were so good! I couldn't wait every second to sneak more, well instead of losing wt in Jan, since jan 1st i am up 2! grrrr. So now I have to add Cheese and crackers (even healthy ones) to my "need to keep in sing serv list" well I should of known they do start w/C! teehee.
Today I am C free, woohoo! at least not binging on the C's in my home, my home is my toughest place to keep on track. Is yours too? Happy New Yr all!
