Thanks BJ- If it was natural I wouldn't have to write about it! teehee. I try my best to "keep my side of the street clean" meaning, i try not to add my mess to messes others are making, I just don't like the drama. When people act out I know it's about them anyways. Their stuff can stay w/them!

I have to make rules to life I live w/so I don't react, even w/overeating. Here are some of mine,
*I always eat bkfst and eat before 4 hrs apart- if i forget there is always granola bars in my car w/nuts in them for protein.
*I always record my Jems daily (journal, exercise, meals and success's) if the computer isn't avail I write it in my purse journal. (this one I am great at home w. On vacation I tend to forget)
*I only eat F&V's after 8pm. This has been my biggest success with wt loss and sparking. If I am face first in food it stops the maddness, If I forgot to eat or stayed up to late, I can always still eat something w/o guilt or fighting my own mind to eat anyways. I know i will not die before bkfst if I only eat oranges till then.
*If my cals get to high I make up for it at dinner. ( a can of chic noodle soup is 210 cals)

My people rules:
*If it's not nice to say- Don't say it!
*If I am pist and want to strangle someone get out a notebook and start writing.
*If I want to confrount someone call someone else first and get a diff perspective, after journaling it.
*Polite is the lowest form of Kindness!

If you girls have any rules you live by i would love to hear them too!

good morning ladies, tennis was canceled today, one of the girls pulled a muscle. Tell you the truth, I am abit relieved we are not playing. Being on the run all wkend than gkids and activities all day/night yesterday was enough. A break feels heavenly. I am still in PJ's.

Yesterday I had a moment of ugly, luckily we were to busy to dwell on it, and moved on, but this is what happened. Hubs decided to be irritated at our oldest DD yesterday, she came by to do laundry. She just bought a home 2 mos ago and doesn't have a w/d yet. My feelings were "woohoo, shes here" his was not so cheery. He ended up being so grouchy to her that she started crying and was leaving when I stopped her. It all ended ok, they figured it out, after she left for wk he than proceeded to do many things for me and with me, and be really loving towards me and it was weird to have conflicting feelings. but oh was I steaming later when It was time for bed. I ended up cuddling up w/my gdaughter instead, and this morning I was gonna let him have it, when I decided to send him off to work in a postive way instead. I am so glad I did. I need to speak about this when I am ready to listen and understand whatever he says. I need to not feel and be so harsh w/him. I am hoping this was just a bad moment and it isn't going to be repeated. I ended up calling someone from the Alanon mtg. it was a great thing to do. Today I am going to a mtg at 11am.

I wrote in my what's eating you column, which made me choose a solution, and I did the solution and guess what? It was the perfect thing to do, and I didn't run for the fridge! woohoo. If any of you have anything that gets on your nerves, the what's eating you column is at the bottom of the team page, use it, I swear it works, esp the solution part. Remember you can always erase what you wrote later when you have taken care of the problem.

Today I am off to my mtg, than taking Teddy bear to the vet for his annual. than home for Addie after school. Other than that my day is free and easy. I may even do some housework and take a walk. Life is good, things will get in the way to mess w/our minds but we can always choose to do something productive instead of following our immed. instincts.

Thank you those who sent your vegas stories, I hope they gave you a good memory to think back on. Happy Tues all!

Sammi,
I'm glad your husband has had some reprieve.

Fiona,
How nice that you can go help out with the babies like that.

I'm on my second cup of coffee now, having taken out Oliver. The air is definitely brittle. We'll be getting days in the teens this week. Brrrrr!!!! Walks will only happen if there's no wind at those temps. (Taking Olly around the block doesn't constitute "a walk" to me, though at a fast pace they are mini walks.)

I ate calamari last night for the last time at this one restaurant. It was greasy. A definite no no. They just don't do a good job of it in Maryland. Today there is a female electrician who will talk about easy household things to do which I'll go to. It's hard to say for sure I'll do anything in this kind of weather, but it is nearby and I could benefit from her lecture. I know nothing about electrical work.

Lucky Fiona right now. Stay warm (everybody else) and enjoy your Tuesday,
Dale

Good Morning Sparklers --- yesterday was warm, but another cold front arrives tomorrow. Not as cold as what is headed to the North.

Hubby had a good day yesterday and I had a little bit of a lazy one. I did go for my walk and today will go to yoga. I tried a different yoga class last week and I certainly won't be going to that one again. Keep trying to add new things to my weekly exercises.

Fiona, nice to have you back. I missed you.

Maci, glad you had such a lovely trip. That was special what you did with Addie. Talking about what to expect and mixing it with love.

My hubby and I stayed at the Tropicana when we flew to Las Vegas to be married. It was a wonderful weekend. I love Caesar's Palace -- it was the first hotel I stayed at there in the early 70s.

I was thrilled that the 49ers and Ravens won --- was hoping the Redskins would win. I like both teams and I'm not sure who I want to win. Have a lovely day Spark friends. Sammi

Called in at a friends on the way home to get some plums so I will be busy doing something with them tomorrow

Hi ladies, everyone is tucked in and I am busy tidying up the house. Nice day. league match in the morning, Lost 6/2. 6/3 but we knew it was along shot going in, we were playing the #1 team for a big plush resort, they always win and my partner and I were line 1. (against their #1 team) we feel ok about our playing. We sure lost quick though. Oh well, can't win em all!

Came home to a houseful of gkids, they just played all around me, we were invited to my DD;s for dinner and it was fun and delicious, brought home Addie to spend the night, we had a fabulous evening, she was telling me that her "special gma" 90+ yrs old was diagonosed w/Dimentia and Alsheimers. Addie has always been close to her, I went and got the movie "the notebook" and her, hubs and I watched it together. Afterwards we turned off the lights and snuggled up on the couch together and talked about all the people we have loved who have died. It was priceless. We also talked about the changes "special gma" might go through.

Hope you all have a wonderful week! till tomm.

Another Inauguration Day/Martin Luther King Day is here. I hope we are upward bound and people can find jobs and keep their houses. I remember when the Inauguration Day Storm ripped through Tacoma and I was driving around town in my catering truck hearing the announcer on the radio saying "if you don't have to be out, stay home". Peeling shingles off my windshield, trying to catch the potato chips, napkins and styrofoam cups as they blew away when I'd open the side of my truck to serve the workers on the Tide Flats. I didn't get scared until after we got home and saw all the damage on TV. That was Clinton's inauguration. Today it was just a little foggy then the sun came out.

I finished the curtains and they are now hanging in Jim's living room. They turned out really good so he is happy.

Maci, it sounds like you had a blast. Did you get much sleep? That sounds like a lot to be crammed into one weekend. I would be exhausted!

Have a good day everyone. TTYL

Being from Maryland, the Ravens' win was applauded here and the two coaches being brothers will make the superbowl a very popular game to watch. Even I who have no interest in football knows I'll have the game on wherever I am.

I turned off my alarm clock for this morning and luxuriated in bed until I woke at 11a.m. How sweet that felt! So the dog's been out and my coffee and the computer remain unchallenged. I intend to have a totally relaxing day.

Hugs to you all and enjoy your MLK inaugural day!

Hi, ladies. I finally got my husband to join me in losing weight . We have a friendly competition going on. So he is eating fried fish, french fries, butter and fast food and manages to drop 4 lbs. in a week! I'm diligently counting every calorie , walking an hour a day and - the result - up .5 lbs! So unfair!

Hi ladies, back from Vegas. What a great time we had. Our hotel was directly center of the "strip", this is the main street all the hotels are on. What a fun, fabulous place. We saw a show, and walked and enjoyed all the sights and sounds. Plus made alittle bit of winnings, just enough to buy us our "buffet passes" we bought a pass to go to buffets for 24 hrs!

" We got the 24 hr deal for $74 a piece." We ended up at 4 of the casino buffets, OMG they were amazing, all from fancy places. The lowest cost was 29.95 for bkfst buffet, most were over 40 bucks a plate. In one of the casinos they had a gas leak in the restaurant so they let us upgrade to their swankiest buffet, the plates are $74 for the most amazing seafood buffet you have ever seen, my hubs was in happy heaven, It was great, the food was out of this world, the only drawback was oh am i gonna have to get moving to keep off my wt loss for this month. My goal is to lose 1+ pd a month this yr. All this for our $74. It was such a great deal.

We saw the Circa Solei show called Zumanity, it is the sensual side of Circa Solei, abit risque but still amazingly tasteful and the things they could do, wow! from acrobats, to contorshonists, to flying amazing stunts. wow.

One of the most amazing things were all the beautiful gardens put in the casinos for chinese new yr, I can't describe the beauty I have seen this wkend. I lost my camera the last day, so have no proof of any of it. grrrrr.

I read yesterdays posts, plus scanned back alittle to ck out the hot topics this wkend. Here is my input.... If you put your fruit bowl in the fridge, your fruit will last wks longer and make your fridge feel good and healthy when you open it.

Sounds like the hubs are feeling better, maybe because of playoff wkend??? My hubs is always in happy heaven on the couch watching football, drinking a cold one. What is really cool is that the 49ers and Ravens are in the superbowl, because my DD and her hubs have a wall in their home devoted to both those teams, she is a ravens fan, he is a 49ers fan, so this game is gonna be epic here. We listened to the games driving home from Vegas. fun.

Mich- no worries, they do grow up, I raised 3 daughters and watched 2 step kids go from happy kids, to rebelious teens, to ungrateful young people to wonderful grown up mature moms, wifes and husbands. They age from 31-24. All 5 of them did this sequence. Some more extreme than others. My only advice is don't take any of it personally, really they are out there pissing off lots more than you. Enjoy the good times, take pics or take note of the good times, and think lalala when things start to go south, and happily dismiss yourself from the drama, it's not worth it, they are not fighting you, they are fighting themselves.

Hope you all had fun wkends, mine was a blast! Here are the places we went, if any of you have been to any of these, share your story w/us!
Stayed at Ballys, Ate buffet at these casinos: Planet Hollywood, Paris, Rio, Tropicana, also had dinner at "Gilleys" the bull riding bar, and saw the free shows and toured the grounds of Excalibar, New York/New York, Treasure Island, Venetian, Ceasars Palace, Mirage, Bellagio (saw the water show out our hotel window too!), plus more and spent some time on Fremont street (downtown, old las vegas) one of our highlights was going to the famous pawn shop from the show "PawnWars" there was lines around the bldg. WE went early and beat the crouds, one of the stars (a young tatooed girl) signed autographs and gave us pics I told her to write something special to my hubs , she wrote "Hi Jim, you sexy beast!" My hubs loved it!

Michelle,
I'm reading a zany book called LOVE BOMB and also started one on Thomas Jefferson. The TJ one I thought was just a sample of a couple chapters on the Kindle but it turned out that I got to chapter 5 before knowing for sure that indeed, the whole book had been downloaded. LOVE BOMB is a library book and entertaining so I'm concentrating more on that.

I just took a walk around Wilde Lake. Because I'm not going out regularly now I find a double is too daunting. (It had been my hope to muster up a double.) I come home panting from the one. As a matter of fact, I pant through most of the walk.

Last night I saw a cute movie about 1947 British occupied Palestine call the Little Traitor. It was a good distraction. Today my one of my least favorite sports will be on at my house since Scott invited himself over to watch the game. He just wants to be hanging here instead of anywhere else at the moment.
((SAMMI, KATHY, MARIJA -- go RAVENS.))

Well, back to my book while I calm down and wait this last hour before the NicA meeting.
Enjoy your Sunday,
Dale

I am back to work today after a month off for the holidays so I am sort of using it as a restart with sparking too. Just making it a part of the routines for the day so I can keep up with all I do.

Hubby is doing OK and seems to be back up to where he should be on the meds and doing a bit around the place which is another sign he is doing OK.

Good morning ladies -

I don't normally have time to read this forum but took a look at it this morning with my coffee. You are a wonderful group of women, so supportive and chatty - just like we are sitting around in our pjs.

Maci - I was adopted by a cat, too! I know where his original family lives and drove him back there once, but he came right back to me. I actually really love the cat and the original family has since given up on him and saved another orange and white tabby from the SPCA to replace him. Kit is used to cat doors, too, but hopefully none of the other neighborhood cats will learn how to use it. I did see him trying to teach a neighbor's gray and white cat to push it open but he gave up.

KIMMAZ1 - I, too, can only lose weight if I track every morsel I eat and exercise. It's great you found this team. Have you checked out the "Lose 13 in 2013" Challenge? It is the perfect challenge for me since it gives me a year to learn how to lose the weight and, more importantly, keep it off.
Keep sparkin' emoticon

Welcome Kimmaz1, this is a really wonderful group. Recording your foods and reading labels on what you buy are good. I know when I was trying to lose weight this site was just what I needed. Also this supportive group.

Good morning! I've been in SparkPeople for a couple of months and haven't been very active on the forums. I just discovered this thread this morning and am glad to see that there is a place where people are really supporting each other. I teach at a community college and just started another semester so I haven't been tracking my food for a couple of weeks and regained the couple of pounds I had lost. I want to get back to recording my foods which seems to be the only way for me to lose weight.

Good Morning Sparklers, it's going to be a bit warmer today and was lovely yesterday --- more chilly weather arrives mid week. Am going to enjoy today.

Bonnie, God Bless you for being there for your Aunt Betty. It is so tough yet having her with you and family being there to help has to be so comforting for her.

Michele, you make me cold when you talk about being out and about in that weather. I don't handle the cold well now that I'm older. Hubby is on a new medication and had a few good days lately. We are looking into a heart transplant -- he may be too old (he's 71), but his cardiologist has sent in the paper work and we're waiting for our first appointment with the hospital committee that makes the decision on who meets the criteria for being on the transplant list.

Have a great day Spark friends --- go Ravens and 49ers! Sammi

Bonnie, I have been on the journey that you are on now; Tad's mom ( my husband's mom) died 3 years ago on Christmas Eve day ('09) from complications of diabetes. She had been bedridden for 7 months, from the previous May to December. It was so hard on a daily basis, yet I thank Jesus for every day He gave us in the end with her! You are all in my daily prayers & daily Rosary.

It is sunny & warm outside--40-ish. My shoulders are so sore & tense from the cold, I think I wish I knew of smething to relieve the achiness!

Have a good sunday, all!

I miss you all, and miss reading about what is going on in your lives. Just have too much gong on to read the posts, or even get here every day.

My Aunt Betty is failing pretty fast, so that now someone has to be with her all of the time.

Someone from my family is staying with her every night so that I can sleep in my own bed. Don't always get a lot of sleep, but am able to rest well and keep going.

I am the scheduling queen. Someone comes so that I can go babysit my three days a week, and most days so I can just get out of the house.

Always have something going on with Hospice as well.

Had my mini breakdown yesterday when I had some time alone with her when I did not have to be doing anything for her. I just sat and comforted her, and me, and had a good cry.

Pretty exhausted, but also calmer. We forget we need quiet time.

Thanks to all of your for your thoughts and prayers. As soon as God is ready to take Aunt Betty home, I will be back on a daily basis.

I know I am missing everything now, but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Bonnie

Mary you sound well, but very busy! take care of that cold before it gets worse! And thank you for your input about daughters. I do look forward in about 10 years when she will hopefully grow out of this phase.

Maryja my daughter lives with us. She is going to college from home, as most japanese kids do.

Sammi, how is your husband today? you are in my prayers daily.

Dale what book are you reading? i love to read--mysteries, (did I spell that wrong?!) biographies, history..... I could go on & on & on.

Our snow hasn't melted yet. I just did the grocery shopping & now to practice piano!

Checking in to say hi to everyone. It's been a whirlwind week at school with a 'meet the incoming parents' preview on Wednesday, followed by Open House/Math night next Thursday---a 13 hour day at school. I started a slight cough on Wednesday and ended up with a bad cold...my first real illness since Dave passed away. i've been so fortunate not to get sick! But my students are coughing and sneezing all day, and on ME! I wash my hands all day long but it doesn't keep the germs away. No fever or flu, I do'nt think...just sniffles and lots of hacking. ugh.

Michele, I would vote with the others---if your daughter continues to be disrespectful despite the 'talkings-to' that you and your husband give her, no rides until she shapes up! Something might be going on and she hasn't gotten ready to tell you, too. Sorry it's been so rough for you. Mine were all teens at the same time too, but they became good friends later and are delightful 30-somethings!

I need to take a nap and I've read the week's posts...I hope everyone will have a great weekend and end on a high note!

Mary

Marija,
I have been nicotine free for 13 years and 2 months. Nicotine Anonymous has really made a huge difference for me because it gave me life tools that I use in all my affairs. Any opportunity to participate in a 12 step program is an opportunity for growth. I had quit smoking on my own a decade prior to that and lasted for 4 1/2 years but I didn't have the coping tools for when life went out of control, so I picked up again. Now I have the tools, I use them, and I give away my experience, strength and hope to others. That's how it works. I'm still an active member.

Now back to my book. I didn't have a film down on my calendar that is scheduled for tonight so I'll be going out after all. What I thought was an empty weekend isn't quite so empty. Scott has invited himself over tomorrow night to watch the football game (it's the Baltimore Ravens), which I typically would skip. I walked this morning and maybe I can muster up another one tomorrow.

Marija -- when I still lived in D. C. my girlfriend and I decided to go to bartending school for fun. There were some night classes and it was all new to me as I only drank wine coolers. It was very educational and I really enjoyed all I learned. During our last week in class our instructor asked if any of us would like to work at one of the inaugural balls. Wow, here we were in the Smithsonian Nature History Museum. The bar wrapped around the elephant and we had to crawl under the bar area to get behind it. We were told no breaks once it started. We got $5 an hour. There were 10 bartenders and a sea of people on the other side. They gave us a drink ticket and they got a drink. We could see into the other room where Richard Nixon and his wife were on stage -- it was his second term. It was truly amazing to be paid to be there!!

Your story just reminded me of this fond memory. Have a nice day everyone. Sammi

BJ My husband had diabetes so no ice cream for him. He wonít eat the sugar free stuff but he has been putting berries in fat free vanilla Greek yogurt. Told him about the frozen berries, I think it sounds like a great dish.

Marija Sorry to hear about the diverticulitis, that is a nasty condition. Sometimes even when you are ďgoodĒ it still can hit. Are there things you find that trigger it more than other foods?

I too am finding it hard to get those 5 Holiday pounds off. The flu really hung on which hasnít helped the exercise numbers. Also, I am finding it hard to get back to good eating habits and being sick hasnít helped. It is as if my body loved the fat and sugar from the cookies and party meals and keeps craving for more. I did try to watch over the holidays, so it is probably less than it would have been if I hadnít been logging into SP each day. But the colds and flu of December/January made exercise impossible. That is definitely and important piece and I donít do a lot except walking. Now the winter is here and it has been too cold to go out for very long. I donít want the flu to come back.

I buy big bags of frozen blueberries at BJs. Throw some in a bowl still frozen and pour a little fat free half and half on it. Let it sit just a couple minutes (you still want it slightly frozen). It's almost like a dessert. OK - call me nuts but I love it and it keeps me from eating ice cream, which is my downfall!

Hi Guys, I am checking in. Yesterday I realized that having grab-it fruit in the house is really important for my health. So, even thought prices are through the roof I went on a binge- bought Blueberries, strawberries and grapes. It is more expensive NOT to have it in the house. Without that stuff snacking is really dangerous. And it paid off already. Around 4 pm, no matter what I have for lunch I am hungry, but today I had grapes!
Yesterday I also treadmilled for 30min, the first exercise I have done since I was sick - 2 weeks ago. It felt wonderful, although I hated it while I was doing it.
I am looking forward to a catching up weekend, getting all my paperwork n stuff in order. Then Mon-Tues & Wed we have babysitting duty. My YD and her husband are going to his office which is hosting an Inauguration party, since the office overlooks the Parade. They are very excited. Although I know she couldn't take us, I had fun guilting her by saying "You know I'm getting old and just before I kick the bucket I would love to comfortably watch the Inauguration, sure we can't babysit at the office?" She just rolls her eyes and knows I am kidding, but the OD got all types of defensive for her sister - She says I kid while I am saying what I want-what's wrong with that?

Welcome Mom2Ten1 - DeAnn-what a fantastic family and you sound as if you are still very active - the driving alone would kill me. Small world, you living in Japan, I have always wanted to visit, I don't think I ever said that to Michelle. It sounds so exotic and the Japanese people I meet, I enjoy.

Dale - How long have you quit smoking? That's what the nicotine center is about, right? I quit about 10 years ago and count it as one of the most empowering things I have done in my poor life. I have something kinda like IBS, actually thought I did have it, but my dr. told me it is diverticulosis which can lead to diverticulitis which I had in Sept, very scary attack. So every day I try to be aware of what I eat and make sure I get fiber. It's an ongoing battle.

Brenda, I forgot about the stronger dose for seniors. Next year I am going to ask for it, since it seems that I get a mild case of the flu every year WITH the normal flu shot.

Michelle, You are hurting and I think your daughter is hurting too. I have copied down a quote that I read every once in awhile "Sharper than a serpant's tooth is an ungrateful child." As long as you are alive, these things can mend.
It sounds as if she doesn't live with you but is nearby, does she live alone? You may need to let some time go by before you approach her.

Wow, guys, I am not usually this chatty. Hope I ddin't bore you. Have a great weekend.

Good morning. I made dinner last night and seemed to have eaten a lot so the scale is up.
But the weather forecast is great for a walk today and I'll be sure to manage one even though I'm probably taking my mother out for lunch. My tenant woke early this morning and I awoke from her noises. She's out the door so it's peaceful again. Enjoy your Saturday,

Michelle,

IBS stands for

Another name for it is a spastic colon or colitis. Intestinal problems cause stomach aches and pressure.

I am having a new one made. Unfortunately, DOCOMO (the japanese phone Co.) doesn't know if they can retrieve my data from my phone, so I may have to put all the data back in myself, minus my phone # & e-mail address.

Brenda your Bingo party sounds like something I would love to do! I don't know if I could have controlled myself with the cake the way you did. Although if I were eating with others, I wouldn't have eat so much.

Dale, what is "IBS"? Good for you for getting your walk in!

Barbara, good for you, too, for getting your 15 mi;nutes on your treadmill. Any way that we can move our bodies is good.

Sammi, I didn' t know it got that cold in Fl. I aways thought it was always warm! how is your husband today?

Well I did a stupid thing---I went formy power walk this a.m. & put my cell (mobile, what is it called in the U.S.?) in my sweat pant pocket. When I got home, I decided to wash my sweat pants & shirt. You can probably figure out the rest of the story.... yes, my cell phone is ruined! I had to go to DOCOMO (our phone shop service) to have a new one made. IT is going to take a couple of days, not to mention almost $50.00!!

Snow is still l around. DIrty, messy, I can't wait for Spring. It'S only going to be 35 out today, & about 40 in my house! LOL!

Brrrrrrrrr here too! It is very cold (30's) at night and hasn't got to 50 the last couple weeks, no rain/snow since Monday. Great sleeping weather because my apartment pretty much stays at 75 all the time, without the heat turned on. One of the perks of apartment living.

I started working on shortening Jim's curtains yesterday but didn't get very far. I went down to check my mail and couldn't figure out why everyone was in the diining room so came home and looked at our monthly calendar and found out it was the Birthday/Lunch/Bigtime Bingo Party. I didn't go for lunch because I'd just had a late breakfast but went for the birthday party. It was an ice cream cake that was very hard to slice and had blue frosting in the decoration so everyone had blue lips and tongues. I scraped all the frosting off my small slice.

We had 14 for bingo. This time I didn't win anything but had fun anyway. So I will finish the curtains while I have good light in here. By 3 pm it starts getting dark in this two window apartment. The sun is out so will be much brighter in here today.

Our visiting nurse was here yesterday afternoon and did BP checks. Mine is staying low so my healthy choices are working. Still working on eating more fresh veggies and fruits everyday.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Michelle,
Yes, rockfish is a fish. I don't know what another name for it might be.

Mom didn't feel well enough to leave the house yesterday (has IBS) so we couldn't go out to celebrate yet. I'm hoping she's up to it soon. We have a three day weekend so there's no rush on when, just so long as she's in good shape. (I ought to call her now since it's already 11:30a.m.)

Well, this is the weekend my son is supposedly packing up his garage business and his home! All inside a couple days is insane to me. I woke in the middle of the night for awhile but fortunately was able to get back to sleep for some extra hours. I was thinking so much lying there that thought I'd climb out of bed at 5a.m. but am glad I didn't have to.

I took my mother's dog out for his walks yesterday (Quincy) and he decided we were going around Wilde Lake. It's a good thing 'cause it was cold out there and I wouldn't have decided to go on my own at that moment. Of course I felt better for having done it. Today the weather is better so my walking depends on whether I go out for a meal with Mom or not.

Enjoy your Friday,
Dale

BRRRRRR ............, Sammi. That's colder than it was here yesterday. But it's much colder today and is supposed to really dip next week. We'll go from above average to well below average! Goodie, goodie! At least I can exercise indoors. 15 minutes on the treadmill today.

Hope all are well!
