Well I have been able to eat an apple a day and post so far so I am doing well. I figure make the goals achievable and then add to them as you go.
I am going to add new ones but keep these next month emoticon

Hi everyone,

During the semesters I have easy access to our fitness center, so gym time isn't a problem on work days.

My goal is to add exercise on at least one weekend day, bringing exercise days consistently to 4/wk.

We can do this. Remember just one day at a time.

One Day at a Time:
1) walk/ride 30 minutes
2) organize something in my home
3) fruit or veggie with each meal
4) sew 1 bobbin full
5) do a good deed daily

April goals/resolutions
1) fresh ground cover on all flower beds
2) eat a fresh fruit and vegetable daily
3) finish cutting my basket of scraps into usable strips

Here we are again at the start of a New Year. Once again I will be starting our monthly resolution thread. Remember, it takes 21 days to form a habit. We will be working on one resolution a month instead of a bunch of big ones for the year.

For January I will be getting my nutrition back on track. Seems like I start with this one every year.

Lets get started, I'll be checking on you.
