Chose up to 5 things you are gonna do in Dec, Then Just Do Them! Give yourself a daily score. If you did 3 give yourself a +3, If you did 4, a +4 score, etc. If you do all 5, than you deserve an extra 1/2 pt! (5.5) Have a running total, and try to make 100 pts! (3+ pts a day)

13th- Thurs another 5./ did good but didn't do strenuous exercise. 61.5
14th- friday another 5.5 day./ 67 total. woohoo.
15th- Sat- 5+ day / 72.5 total.
16th- Sun-5+ today/ 78 pts!
17th- Mon 4 day! took off a pt for only doing walking while shopping and 1 bite after 8. 82!
18th- Tues 2 day! no computer stuff, inc my jems. 84!
19th- Weds 5.5 if I keep my after 8 commitment! I know I will! 89.5!
20th- Thurs- another 3 day, no computer stuff 92.5 to many cals while baking. opps.
21st- Fri- 5 pts today, not adding my + because i accidently ate a carmel corn kernal./ 97.5
22nd- Sat- woohoo! 5.5 day. 102.5 made goal! awesome!
23rd- Sun- 5.5 day! = 108! woohoo.
24th- Mon- christmas eve! = 5.5 = 113.5. didn't even over eat at christmas eve! packed up all the goodies too! (i put them in the fridge, hope I can keep away tomm)
25th- Tues- Christmas Day!= 3 didn't move or jems today, but did great. = 116.5
26th- weds- 4 today, didn't move much, and had to many sweets. -= 120.5
27th- Thurs- 5.5! woohoo. 126 pts!
28th- Friday- 5 day! / 131pts!
29th- Sat- 4 day / 135 pts had some popcorn after 8 for movie night w/gkids. always ok!
30th- Sun- 3 / 138
31st- Mon- 5+day / 143!
