No worries, just try to get at least 3.5 pts aday until the new yr. average! count up the days left and make that your goal. I had 31 days to get 100 pts! Glad you are doing it w/me!

Also join the "lose 13 in 2013" Challenge now! You get a head start if you post before the first! It's on the team page, just scroll down!

Okay Macilynn,
It would never occur to me to start something this close to Christmas, but you do have a point.
Here are my 5 points
1. Track Food
2. Stay within calorie range
3. Drink 8 glasses of water
4. Exercise
5. Post

Mums, don't be hard on yourself, my things are alot easier than yours, i would have a lower score just if I had the eat 5 V's instead of mine that says take vitamins. I can fix most of mine if I forget when I post. I made it easy on myself, because it was the christmas season, and I wanted to stick to the basics. You are doing great!

Great idea!
1. Take vitamins each day
2. Eat meat at only one meal each day
3. Keep desktop reasonably clear
4. Do one activity in addition to daily walk
5. 5 minutes of quiet time each dy

4. Light out by 10.30pm
5. Deliberate exercise 15 a day

Chose up to 5 things you are gonna do in Dec, Then Just Do Them! Give yourself a daily score. If you did 3 give yourself a +3, If you did 4, a +4 score, etc. If you do all 5, than you deserve an extra 1/2 pt! (5.5) Have a running total, and try to make 100 pts! (3+ pts a day)

Here are my daily do its!
1.Take my vitamins
2. Spark (post something)
3. Exercise or move alot each day. (no couch potato w/o earning it)
4. Jems- record my jems daily! to someone.
5. Only F&Vs after 8pm except christmas eve, or at parties this month!

3rd-Mon 5.5 / total 10.5
4th- Tues 5.5 again! / total 16

7th- Fri 5.5 / total 32.5
8th- Sat 3 / total 35.5- didn't jems & snacked after 8 tonight.
9th- Sun 5.5 woohoo! / total 41 pts already!
10th- Monday 5.5 / 46.5 pts.
11th- Tuesday 5. / 51.5 pts today, not adding the .5 to many cals.

15th- Sat- 5+ day / 72.5 total.
16th- Sun-5+ today/ 78 pts!
17th- Mon 4 day! took off a pt for only doing walking while shopping and 1 bite after 8. 82!
18th- Tues 2 day! no computer stuff, inc my jems. 84!
19th- Weds 5.5 if I keep my after 8 commitment! I know I will! 89.5!
20th- Thurs- another 3 day, no computer stuff 92.5 to many cals while baking. opps.
21st- Fri- 5 pts today, not adding my + because i accidently ate a carmel corn kernal./ 97.5
22nd- Sat- woohoo! 5.5 day. 102.5 made goal! awesome!
23rd- Sun- 5.5 day! = 108! woohoo.
24th- Mon- christmas eve! = 5.5 = 113.5. didn't even over eat at christmas eve! packed up all the goodies too! (i put them in the fridge, hope I can keep away tomm)
25th- Tues- Christmas Day!= 3 didn't move or jems today, but did great. = 116.5
26th- weds- 4 today, didn't move much, and had to many sweets. -= 120.5
27th- Thurs- 5.5! woohoo. 126 pts!
28th- Friday- 5 day! / 131pts!
29th- Sat- 4 day / 135 pts had some popcorn after 8 for movie night w/gkids. always ok!
30th- Sun- 3 / 138
31st- Mon- 5+day / 143!
