I haven't been on this site for some time now; however, I still continued exercising and eating as right as possible. In the interim I have lost 20 lbs. I did gain about 3 lbs within the last few weeks, but that was because I have been out of my exercise and good eating habits pattern. Still, I am back on track and am still doing good.
Good Luck to all who are still motivated to keep going until they reach their goal. And for those of you who have a ways to go, I wish you good luck as well. It is not an easy task, but the reward is sweet!.
