Thanks Laurie. Hello October.
Last month I didn't get anywhere near a weight goal but did manage my exercise goal of 1,015 minutes.
Let's see what I can do with this month.

To increase my strength exercising minutes, and include more stretching... difficult to do with a bad back, I've unfortunately found out.

I don't basically set goals. I just do what I can. I have made a chain of how many pounds I want to lose, when I lose 1 pound, I can remove one link on the chain.
