It's 3 weeks into May but I just qualified for this team today. This month I've been upping my exercise as I want to be out of the 150's by my b-day on 6/4 (less than 1 lb to go!) I'm in the 4th and last week of SP's Spring into Shape Bootcamp Challenge and have 7 more days of the 30 Day Shred DVD. I'm making healthy food changes & am seeing the results of a new lifestyle. SP works and if I can do it, anyone can.

My May resolutions are to continue my exercise program and change it up a bit. Five days of cardio and seven days of some exercise even if only for ten minutes. I can do this!!

hello everyone! I've been reading your posts about resolutions for the month of May and I would like to add my own.

I am determined to track my food intake every day and to work outside every day. Of course I made this last resolution at the beginning of the rainiest week ever. Just my luck! However, i have managed to get outside and walk or work in my garden or both just about every day.

I'm new here (not quite finished my first week). I usually start out strong on a diet, then peter out after a couple of weeks or so, finally giving it all up as a bad business within a month. I guess my biggest goal will be to stick with everything for a full month, then move on to the next one!

I reallyreallyreallyreally want to succeed this time losing weight, so maybe that will be incentive enough to keep going!

Thanks for starting the thread, sorry I missed the first of the month. We were on a bike ride the first week and had no internet access.

I will do something outside every day, bike, walk, work in the yard. Time to get ready for summer!


One Day at a Time:
1) log nutrition daily
2) exercise 30 minutes daily
3) 15 minute purge daily
4) sew 1 bobbin full every day
5) do a good deed daily

October Resolutions:
1) Lose 4 pounds
2) Finish 2 UFOs
3) Eat 25 gm fiber daily
4) Exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week

I have a goal of 150 by 6/17. Not on track right now and I'm nursing a sore foot. But--I will continue to do all I can to track my food accurately! And to work out with SOMETHING every day.

My goal is to eat cleaner and complete the food tracker.

I am the definition of insanity but I had an AH HAH moment yesterday when it dawned on me why I am sabotaging my diet.

I also used an American Heart Association worksheet to calculate the number of calories I should be eating to lose these last (and only) 11 pounds.

I reset my long-term goals.

My goal is to continue with cutting out gluten from my diet. It has helped in the last 3 weeks and when I eat it alot I have stomach issues. I am going to up my cardio to 3 x week and continue with my strength training routine.

My focus is going to eat cleaner. When I look at ingredients in boxed or processed foods I am overwhelmed. Most of them I can't even pronounce. What are all those additives (chemicals) doing to our bodies.

Bevpresley usually gets us started on this topic. Here we are at the beginning of another month ---------- WOW are nearly half way through the year. What resolutions are you making for the month?

I always think to myself - nothing will change for me if I dont change . Change is tough and its so much easier to keep doing the same thing - even when you are not seeing the results you are looking for. SO - what are we changing this month------------------- that will bring the changes we want to see and feel?

Im running 20 miles per week and doing strength training ( one hour class at my YMCA at least 2ce per week) trying for 3 times............. and I am bound and determined to eat cleaner and smarter. thats a tough one for me.............. but its what I want and need to change.

Be fit - healthy - and toned

I believe weight loss is more about how much you eat - and exercise is more about toning.
