Bevpresley usually gets us started on this topic. Here we are at the beginning of another month ---------- WOW are nearly half way through the year. What resolutions are you making for the month?
I always think to myself - nothing will change for me if I dont change . Change is tough and its so much easier to keep doing the same thing - even when you are not seeing the results you are looking for. SO - what are we changing this month------------------- that will bring the changes we want to see and feel?
Im running 20 miles per week and doing strength training ( one hour class at my YMCA at least 2ce per week) trying for 3 times............. and I am bound and determined to eat cleaner and smarter. thats a tough one for me.............. but its what I want and need to change.
