LindaJoyce ----------------------- always try taking a walk........... especially on a nice day. Walk to the store and get something you need - or walk to the park with a book and sit and read or just take a walk around your neighborhood ------- or ou.alk to the closest library. Getting out of the house always ( generally) will lift your spirits and at least keep you busy for some time.
Then force yourself to do it again tomorrow.......................... we're all here for you and with you
