Ladies--I tend to do well for 2 weeks and then slack off. Get out if it is nice and DO something. I just read an article about exercise is supposed to be hard--sigh--I was hoping I could coast soon. But I don't want to regain the weight so I cannot coast....So PUSH yourself to take the walk but take it FAST. Or do the sit-ups or leg lifts or whatever. YOU ARE WORTH the EFFORT!!!

So glad to hear the weather was nice in Boston today. I know what you mean about concerns with money/life/lack of motivation etc.. It's always nice to know that there are such great people here on sparkpeople to give encouragement and support.
LindaJoyce ----------------------- always try taking a walk........... especially on a nice day. Walk to the store and get something you need - or walk to the park with a book and sit and read or just take a walk around your neighborhood ------- or ou.alk to the closest library. Getting out of the house always ( generally) will lift your spirits and at least keep you busy for some time.
Then force yourself to do it again tomorrow.......................... we're all here for you and with you

My personal goal/challenge for the month of May is going to be. I am going to do at least 1 boot camp video every day this month, When I don't get it done in the morning I tend to put it off. This month I will do one every day.
Hi: I know that menopause doesn't help, especially if one is trying to get medications/natural supplements etc. I am "shaking up" my routine which I had been stuck in. It takes some effort on my part, but worth it. I was going to WW and quit b/c I was wasting my money buy not doing their program. This is similar with many other options. I say keep moving and trying.

It's a beautiful day in Boston. I am feeling rather dull this morning; I seem to be going in the opposite direction of my desire in terms of weight. I feel like I have much to offer but not a lot of energy or drive. I would love some support. Concerns about $/work/life in general feel a bit overwhelming - don't want to complain - this is where I'm at - I am focusing on being in this moment, not comparing myself to others and looking for the beauty and joy that is in me, other people and the world around me. Would love any connections!
