I've done a couple 30 minute walks and I'm still doing some boot camp

I've been doing the boot camps which I'm just about through my second time but I feel I'm spinning my wheels. I have been losing a little and my waist and abs are getting in shape but I feel like I'm just spinning my wheel and I'm not sure what I can do. I'm down about 8 pound since the middle of January. feel like I need a change of pace
