Ducky was on track today---no promises LOL!
Met everything (nutritionally speaking) except a little over on fiber (can anybody be OVER on fiber?
Under on carbs, as usual. How do I meet carbs without blowing my calorie count I'd like to know? I like pasta and bread too but holy cow...I'd look like one if I ate the amounts the tracker thinks you should have!
Did some exercise (very gently)
Drank all my 8 cups water and some.
Ate 10 servings of fruit/veggies

Monday, 31 Aug, Last Day of the Month Summary:

Met all my goals except I was over by 1 for Fiber.

My calorie Differential was (-)404.

The School sponsored lunch was large, with lots of veggies & fruit and salads. Should have stuck to the low cal veggies, but the fruit was so great tasting.

Hi, this sounds like the right team for me. I have lost 17 lbs in the last year and have been keeping the weight off. When I feel challenged or am gaining weight, I go back to my Nutrition and track my calories. What is the September challenge. Where do I find it? Pat

have u tried benefull I recently did. i add it to myw ater bottle its great no tatse unless you use the citrus stick packs. which r good. at least I like the taste. They also have a heart health can too.

Hi everybody ! I have been very lax in posting this month. But I have been tracking my meals, if not a day late and overall this month I have done well. I still don't get enough fiber, but everything is on track including my weight loss. I am 3# and 7 days from my 1st goal. I will be close enough to make me happy... next goal will be 15 pounds in the next 3 months.... should be doable... I'll just keep going at this pace and up my exercise by a few reps...

Unfortunately, I am pretty much under on everything daily! :-( The only goal I ever seem to meet is sodium..sigh. Ran for 52 minutes this am (4.5 miles).

Been over a week now have been UNABLE to work out back is in reallybad shape. back on both meds and disguested with it. I seem to be holding my own though being very careful on the other issues so no GAINS Thankfull but very upset that I have had to stop work outs. Getting thru my day period has been a huge struggle.. My husband needs a knee replacment and before i even consider going back to the doctors even for an MRI. I am determinded to get back to work despite everything.. SO today or monday will try to walk some
I have been asked to HOUSE sit for a friend next week they have a POOL so for sure weather permitting I will at least be swimming for 4 days.

Somehow keep forgetting to post, so here is Tuesday & Wednesday:

Tuesday:

Met the goals for all except the following:

Over in Calories(58) and Fat(9).

Calorie Differential was (-)218

Wednesday:

Met my goals for all but the following:

Over in Fat(21) and Cholesterol(32)

Calorie Differential was (-)463

Neither day was too bad. I did have cookies on Tuesday which having lunch with our son, so was over just a bit in calories & fat. Wednesday was due to having shrimp for dinner.

But both days I got in my exercise and had large salads with lots of veggies. So don't feel too bad about my eating. My exercising is saving me from my indulging in sweets.

I achieved my goal, I lost weight to 170. The secret was watching and recording calories! Anyone can lose weight by simply restricting intake to a specified level and burning the excess. All your tips and recipes and sparky stuff boils down to just that.
OK, so how do I announce I completed my regimen and am now in a holding pattern??

Over for Fat(2) and Sodium (248).

Under for Carbs(-44), Folate(- 50) and Fiber(-6).

Monday was not as bad as some of the other days. But eating out so much is not a good thing.

Lots and lots of fruit/veggies

Over - everything else...(nutrients)
Except - Carbs. According to the SparkPeople (probably the FDA) recommendations I never seem to meet this one unless I go over my calories. I give up trying 'cuz I know (when I'm being disciplined...that is...LOL) that I eat highly nutritious meals.

Friday Nutritional Information:

Over for Calories by (+)949 and Fat (+)55.

Under for Folate by 97 and Fiber by (+)6.

Everything else was within goal.

My Calorie Differential was (+)673.

While at the Natchez Visitor Center, the tourist person recommended a local BBQ place to have lunch. So Hubby & I had BBQ and it wasn't a light calorie lunch, but it tasted so good.

Not doing too well with keeping within my calorie limits, but keep trying. Just a few more days & we'll be back home. I'm ready to be back home if just to be able to control the food better.

Thursday Nutritional Information:

Met goals for Protein.

Went over for Calories (+)382, Fat(+)61, Cholesterol (+)316, Sodium (+)1702 and Calcium (+)33.

Was under for Folate (-)61, and Carbs (-) 32.

My Calorie Differential was (+) 106.

It was our last night in New Orleans, so we went out for a special dinner. I over did it a bit, but enjoyed every bit, including dessert.
