I fill a 2 liter bottle with water everynight before I go to bed and put it in the refrigerator. In the morning I get a large travel water bottle, fill it with water, ice and a package of the Water Mix Ins or the Crystal Light Mix Ins and take it to work. I make sure I drink it all before I get home and then fill it up again for the afternoon and evening making sure the 2 liter bottle is empty by the end of the day.

Welcome TARTANLASS2. I agree, water takes some getting used to. Do drink tea or add a drink mix (K2O powder is good) to your water, it still counts, just don't use much sugar. I drink a full glass of water as I brush my teeth and take my meds/vitamins to help get it out of the way.

Hi I suggest that you start with one cup of water per day, you will get used to the taste. Until you get used to the taste of water you can make ice-tea: 1 liter (I think that is a about 4 cups) 1 teabag, sweetener to taste and lemon juice to taste. Boil the water and let the teabag in for 2-3 minutes add the splenda or your choice of sweetener (not sugar) let it cool down and add the lemon juice to taste.
Hi all I just joined a couple of days ago and am trying to find my way around. My problem is that I don't like the taste of water. For me to drink 8 cups a day feels like a punishment. I have tried putting in a slice of lemon or orange but that hasn't helped any tips.
