Don't focus on the scales, focus on the way you feel and be sure and measure. Inches go before pounds. If you are into a regular exercise routine, you are building muscle. Keep in mind that no one but you can see the pounds on the scale, everyone can see the inches. After 50, it does become harder to lose, but it can be done.
The closer we get to goal, the harder it is to lose those last pounds. I always think of them as the first ones we put on - they are very happy hanging around us!! We've made them feel welcome! LOL!
Come into the Chat Room and discuss your problems with others rather than creating New Topic. We all have busy lives and many who could advise you may not ever see the New Topic you created while they do check into the Chat Room.
Good luck on your healthy lifestyle journey.
