Good Evening! This subject has probably been handled elsewhere by now - I've been out of town since Tuesday!
To print out your menu, go to the bottom of the page and click the button that says "Print this weeks menu".
I quit smoking October 21 - so am still in the early stages as a "non-smoker". So far, it is just a two pound weight gain that comes and goes! I avoid all "triggers" - i.e. coffee, anything sweet etc. Since we, as former smokers, do have the hand to mouth problem, I've substituted cinnamon sticks, celery sticks, baby carrots - about anything that is either non-calorie or low calorie and healthy and is round! Works for me - hope it will for you!

Start by doing what's necessary, then do what is possible, and suddenly you are doing the impossible.
Congratulations on quitting smoking! Print off the meal plan and stick to it for a few week and the weight will come off.
I too stopped smoking cold turkey 3 months ago and I know just how tuff it is. I'm not exactly sure what you are asking, I think it is to print and utilize SP daily menu? I don't know but I can tell you if you go to the chat room there is where all our talks take place and someone will know. I will ask Coach Jen about it.
Just to let you know I have not gained weight. I was a pretty heavy smoke 2 pcks a day. Maybe 2-3 pounds up then down, up then down. You can stop smokng and not gain. If your interested I will be happy to tell you what I am doing.

Have you clicked the SHOW MEAL PLAN button right next to ADD A FOOD? That does all your planning for you - even gives you a Grocery Shopping List to print out down on the right hand side.
This would be a good question to ask in the CHAT ROOM since there are a lot of more experienced folks there who probably have more suggestions.

I'm on 2 diets cause I don't get enough food on just 1!!
It has been 4 months now since I quit smoking.However I have gained 10 -11 lbs.I have a weight obsession an this is really bothering me. I had lost 50 lbs prior to quitting smoking.
iAm trying to print out a meal plan for Day 1 which is tomorrow.Cant seem to pick foods that equal out to recommended amounts.Does anyone have any suggestions.They would be GREATLY appreciated
