25 minutes "Olympic Parade of Athletes" workout - my daughter's concoction.
I did a strength move based on the number of athletes marching for each country. For example, Ecuador had 37 athletes. I did 37 squats. But if the number of athletes was very large (312 for Canada is WAY too many lunges or crunches to do at once) I would do a cardio move like high knees until the next country appeared on my TV screen. That plank during Spain's march was a killer!
