VEENAS1 - I wore my cowboy boots to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo from 5:30am until 4:00pm on Wednesday. I haven't worn the boots in about 3 years and I woke up with a really tight IT band. After two days of mild exercise and stretching, primarily with the foam roller, I am starting to feel better. The boots I bought are to use mainly for riding horses, not walking 5.5 miles.
