got a 21 minute walk and also went grocery shopping at 2 stores. Spent a couple hours at the stores. Bought lots of veggies both raw and frozen. It took so long because my eyes were blurry from getting them dilated at the eye doctors and was harder to read the prices and to see what veggie I was looking at. Everything was so distorted.

30 minutes shoveling - cardio and strength all rolled into one. I would have been out there longer except my snow-blowing neighbor came by and blew out half of the monster pile where the snow plow plugged up the end of the driveway. Thanks, Mike!

Hi Kathleen! I use a mini trampoline dvd workout that has dancing moves. No pain in my joints while I jump up and down, and it is a lot of fun. Today I did the Firm body sculpt blaster dvd.
