60 minutes aerobic class at the park- a beautiful day to be outside exercising and laughing with others! Well, JOYCEE, good for you using a trampoline. I am such a clutz, I'd be afraid that I would fall right off it! The back is feeling better today. I think it hurt from driving yesterday. I have a stick shift and working the clutch seems to irritate my sciatic problem.

Rathpath, Urban rebounding uses a mini trampoline and dvd workouts on the trampoline. It is all low impact so nothing hurts when I run in place or jump. It is a lot of fun for me. I hope your back feels better. So, today I did urban rebounding and pilates.
