45 minutes on the treadmill Sunday. Saturday was moving day - so whatever kind of cardio it is to carry boxes up and down the stairs for a couple hours, I got that. No formal cardio; just some relaxing yoga when we got home.

I see specialist next week, my low blood pressure 80/50 if I do not add salt is causing damage to my heart,kidneys and not enough blood to my brain & organs. Today I added 3,000 mg or 1.5 teaspoon of salt to my diet and my blood pressure rose to 125/80,very good. I need to add salt daily and not listen to the gym I went to today and advised me not to do it. The hospital and pharmacist told me to add lots of salt. I checked my blood pressure 6 times today to make sure it did not go too high. I have problems told from the pharmacy and hospital with the arteries in my legs and a blood clot in my lung that is not improving and should be. I have kidney disease that can go down with my function 10% in 2 weeks then up again 10%. Maybe my diet or exercise affects it. My legs & heart pains 24 hours a day. The specialist works with all organs,blood clots etc,so will tell me exactly what to do. I have to change my gym exercise also.

walked to emergency,there 7 hours, got referral to internal medicine specialist who works on kidneys,heart,lung & my blood clots. I have blood clots in my lung,constant leg pain from arteries clogged in my legs,kidney disease.
