30 minute walk. I also did hours and hours of gardening - conservative estimate 3 hours, but I think it was closer to 4 - which SP categorizes as cardio, but it felt more like a strength workout to me.

Joycee, Lake Winnebago is sometimes great for kayaking and sometimes terrible depending on the wind, the bugs and the algae. Yesterday was an 8 out of 10.
