37-minute run - started out slow, but sped up almost a minute per mile when I hit the sweet spot in my playlist. For me it's true - upbeat music helps me pick up the pace with no perceived increase in exertion.

I only subscribed to this topic today - still very much exploring the site. I have not been exercising because of my hips, but they have both been replaced now, so I will be trying again.

Since I am still in recovery from my second hip, I am taking it slowly. Today I have already walked for 5 minutes, but I will be doing another 5 in a few minutes.
