Thanks, Womanatwork1! Nice to have that "attagirl!" I do really feel good (most of the time), I just don't want this old-looking neck. Hmmph...

emoticon Congrats on your weight loss and fitness!!

I would say whatever product you use, whether you're washing your neck or moisturizing it, you should always rub upwards towards your face, and never down (helping gravity out)!! You're training your muscles and skin to stay up as much as possible. That's what I was always taught. Maybe it works, maybe not, but I'm 46 and have no neck wrinkles. (I've got my fair share of cellulite, however!) emoticon

Whatever happens to your neck, you know that you are more fit and healthier by following the Spark plan. So, in the end, it doesn't really matter what your neck looks like -- YOU are awesome for setting and reaching your goals!

YellowDahlia...I sure hope not! I will never tell my sister this, but I've seen the wrinklies at that same place on her for years, and been very grateful that I didn't have the same thing. And NOW! Aaaahhhhh!!!!!!

But, as I really think about it, the worst of it is on the top portion of my chest at collar-bone level. For a long time, my neck has extended so far down with my weight that I see that part of my chest as "neck". But still...

Well, there certainly are a lot of expensive magic potions out there, but I for one, do not believe that they work and will not waste my hard earned money on them.

I have terrible sagging skin over most of my body and I'm just trying to live with it. Plastic surgery would help, but I don't have the money for that and not sure I would go that route if I did.

Perhaps in your case it's a hereditary thing and a sagging neck would happen even if you had never been overweight...?

Try not to let it discourage you.

Okay...as I'm dropping a little weight (faster than I expected, but I feel wonderful, and am rarely hungry), I've noticed something.

In my neck, as the size goes down, there is too much skin. The folds in my neck are starting to look wrinkly for the first time, just like my sister's neck (she's 12 years older and has never been as big as me).

Does anyone have any helps to firm up that skin, specific neck toning exercises, creams or whatever? I don't want a mid-50's neck in my mid-40's! emoticon

Looking forward to seeing what folks have found to help.
