I am just beginning also so not a lot of advice to give, but I believe we are in the right place to accomplish our weight loss goals. I assume you mean alcohol when you say stop drinking. I know alcohol is high in calories with no nutritional value, so probably best not to consume it while trying to lose weight. I had my first glass of wine since I began 3 weeks ago, and I am curious how this will show up on the scale this week. Guess its all a learning process.
I am going to try to start fresh. I am trying to lose weight and stop drinking at the same time. I may need help.
