At my physical therapy session, I was on a sitting elyptical machine for 10 minutes at a workload level 4 (equal to approximately 25 lbs), stretching for 10 minutes, 5 minutes of bridges holding a 4-lb medicine ball between my knees & pelvic presses for 5 minutes. After dinner, I'll be hitting the gym for some cardio & strength training.
