Last night, I did my evenig routine (ran and played b-ball). I woke up this morning, and banged out my morning routin. I'm starting to enjoy waking up and doing my morning routine and then do a small workout in the evening; it makes me feel so good.

15 minutes Cybex Arc .86 miles then 15 min stationary bike - 4 miles
Ab workout today - oblique machines, ab crunch machine, standing ab flex machine, and seated ab extension.
Feel pretty good right now :)

Last night, I went out and cut my grass. That took me almost two hours of pushing and lifting grass. Then I go into my shorts and basketball shoes and played 45 min of basketball with my son; of course he killed me. I then did a 1.5 mile run on my treadmill and made it under 15 min (14:23 min). I was exhasted by the time I showered and crawled into bed. I did manage to get up at 3:20am this morning and banged out a 45 min spin cycle workout; tired but satisfied it's done. I'll probably do most of it tonight over again :-)

About an hour of body weight strength exercises. Later will be 30 minutes of low impact cardio (WATP type). It's very humbling to realize how much upper body strength I DO NOT have.

vacuumed 9 flights of stairs at work, volunteered, as I wanted the exercise. It took me 82 mins. Then came home and decided to take a swim, my daughter did handstands and what not. I treaded water a bit, swam back and forth across the pool moving my arms like the butterfly. I did not have my head in the water much. Then did some kicking and walking. It amazes me how many calories you burn in a pool. (40 minutes of general/treading swimming)
