We have three gaming systems and I normally do Wii dance for fun but my husband purchased a dance game for the Xbox which requires me not to hold a controller and it scans your body while you dance. I had alot of fun last night doing that and I will try it again tonight for something fun.

I have an emotional support dog,so I walk him everywhere. I will be walking him to and from class today. it's about 2.25 miles round trip.

I ran ..... slowly but I ran three 6 min sections x3 and 6min of walking fast x3. I also did 20 min on an Elliptical machine ( Which I have never been great with)

Yesterday was my "off" day to let the ole bod rest and recover. Did do a small amount of gardening though! Today, back at the gym! 20 minutes on the treadmill (all my schedule would allow unfortunately). But it was a hard 20 minutes! 5 minutes was running, 3 minutes on a 7.0 incline, and various speed intervals! It felt awesome!

I just started on this website today and am not sure of what everything is. I am hoping to lose 40 pounds by July. Today I started with 30 minutes + of shoveling snow, we got 17.8 inches last night, quite a good workout .

sticking with the try something new theme... I have been doing the exercise videos on my start page. I have done chair stretches, worked my back and abs with the stability ball. Picking out some favorites to do again later. emoticon emoticon
