Thus far I've spent about 30 min. on the treadmill today. I rigged up my own version of a treadmill desk with the intention of using it whenever I was on the computer. Needless to say, I was not so good at it for a while. But I'm on it as I type right now! I have another 10 min. before I have to stop and get ready to go to a meeting.

Walked for about forty minutes this morning. My mother is sleeping, and my dad and daughter just left for a few hours, so I'm going to dig out a yoga DVD in a little while and see how much of it I can do.

2 hours cleaning the house, and then chasing my granddaughter up and down the beach, making sand castles and kicking the ball, not too mention picking her up in and out of the car seat all day...she weighs 42 lbs..(not to worry, she is 42 1/2 inches tall...she is lean).

I did the norm -- woke up wee hrs in the morning and did my spin cycle regiment (approx 30 min - burned 307 cal).

Walked 1.4 miles this morning and realized the little timer on my phone died due to battery died. It showed no credit for half of my walking. So I gave it a little juice and went back out to do another mile and get my minutes in. While it was charging, I did the 10 minute cardio with Tony again.
