At my physical therapy session, I was on a sitting elyptical machine for 10 minutes at a workload level 4 (equal to approximately 25 lbs), stretching for 10 minutes, 5 minutes of bridges holding a 4-lb medicine ball between my knees & pelvic presses for 5 minutes. After dinner, I'll be hitting the gym for some cardio & strength training.

Lots of walking to and from the car unpacking it after getting back from holiday and going up and down stairs at home to unpack! Not sure how long it all took but I was pretty active.
