Oh Michelle, she is so cute! Love the outfit.

Tammy I'm so jealous about all your zoo trips.

I've been kinda sluggish today. Think the heat has been getting to me. Been tired a lot. I didn't exercise for 3 days in a row. So not like me anymore. Oh well, I'm back in the groove. Walked outside Wednesday morning before the heat set in. Went to the gym yesterday. My gym got bought by Golds Gym so I'm hoping they'll make some improvements.

So glad it's Friday. I pretty much have the weekend to myself. My husband and youngest daughter are going to New Orleans to to visit on of her friends. My oldest is 17 so she's barely home as it is. She's working a lot this weekend since she will be out of town for half of July for basketball tournaments.

Parts for my car did not show up until this afternoon, so one more day with the new car. It should be ready after work tomorrow since it is only a four hour job.

I called my doctor office today to check for a sooner appointment. They had an opening next Thursday. Thank Goodness! I didn't want to wait until the 11th!

Might go do some shopping on Saturday with my daughter. I need some shorts or capris for my vacation in July. My clothes from last year are too big. Of course, if I don't feel better soon, they'll fit again.....

I'm just so tired when I come home with not energy to track food or prepare it. That is a common problem when you are tired, but need to fix it!

Have to share a picture of my Badger Fan! Her face is starting to have expressions :)

Michelle, you've been awfully busy!!!

I spent part of my day yesterday at Zoo America in Hershey, PA, then stopped at the outlet shops there to visit the Disney store.

I've been struggling ever since we had the boys to visit last week, so I was very happy to get in over 10000 steps yesterday. I joined the Summer 5% challenge which starts on Saturday, so I'm really hoping it helps me to get my butt back in gear.

Today I'm calling the local community college to see about beginning classes there to get my Social Services transfer associate degree, and in a couple of years I will move on to get my Bachelors in Human Services. My ultimate goal is to become a Case Manager for people with disabilities. My son's Case Manager has also directed me toward a Peer Support position that has opened up, so I will be calling about that today as well! That will require 10 weeks of training, and I'm ready and willing to make a change in my career. I'm currently employed with the state, and it's only a seasonal position that I have held since 2012. I help people, but not in the capacity that I would like.

Time to start my day! Have a great one!

Took my car to the dealership after work today, so that they can work on it tomorrow. The big issues are under warranty. I am only responsible for the oil change, tire rotation, and couple of filters. I drove home a loaner car. Oh my! Feeling like I am moving up in the world...LOL I have a Chevy Cruze Eco that I absolutely love emoticon I drove home a 2016 Chevy Traverse. What a nice SUV!

Can't seem to sleep through the night. Woke up in the middle of the night with a stuffed up nose, probably caused by the fan blowing the fresh air into the room. Had to get up to blow my nose, turn off the fan, and put an extra pillow under my head.

I don't have my Dr appointment until July 11th. I may call and see if I can find something sooner, even if I have to hang around town for half an hour or so to kill time....

Humidity was high at lunch but down in the house. Have a great day!

Had a hard time getting to sleep last night. Once I fell asleep, I don't remember being awake. But did wake up this morning to dripping in sweat. I'be been having these night sweats. Maybe another symptom of my hormone imbalance.....

Ran an errand for ink for my printer after work. My printer takes 6 different cartridges, and for some reason this one is hard to find. I can find a convenience pack at multiple stores, but the grey is not in it. Found it in Staples, but so frustrating. Needed ink to print a shipping label for my sold item in my etsy shop.

Came home, and took a nap. I was so tired I was falling asleep on my way home. Got up, shipped my package and did laundry.

Tried watching my portions a bit better today. I don't feel as if I over ate, so it is progress :)

We went camping at Governor Dodge State Park in Dodgeville over the weekend. What a beautiful park! Did some relaxing, ate some good food, and hiked. I posted some pictures on my blog if you are interested!

Still tired, just getting more steps in at work. Saturdays steps were from hiking - a total of 23000 for the day! I have an appointment on Thursday, but found out I have to take my car in. I had an oil change scheduled for today, but the oil pan is leaking and the RF axle seal has a leak. So, it needs to be fixed and the oil change will be done at the same time. I will get a loaner car on Wednesday and bring it back on Thursday. I just don't know if I will make my appointment on time. I'll have to call to see if they have an opening for 1/2 hour later.

I also have not been eating too well. I know that factors in. I've been so tired, I haven't been putting in the effort. I better start soon before the scale starts creeping up.....

The house was very bottled up and stuffy when we got home yesterday. That made the bedroom very stuffy and uncomfortable last night along with the sunburn on my shoulder that would hurt every time I moved. Not a good night, but plan to make up for it tonight :)

I had a bit of a hectic but great week, and it looks like my life is going to have more major changes in the near future. I'd elaborate, but these teams are not private to the public eye. My eating was thrown wayyyy off this week, and I only got in a few days of walking. Now I'm getting back on track, but feel really "blah" because of how the past week went. I'm hoping the feeling will pass soon now that I'm back to my normal routine. Keeping my chin up and moving forward.

Hope everyone's doing well!

So glad it's finally Friday!! Been a long week, probably bc I've been so bored at work. At least I get off at noon today. But I have to go to the dentist and get a couple of fillings. I hate the dentist. It's not so much the work but I hate the numbing medicine. It really messes with my anxiety. Will probably hit the gym afterwards and then do nothing tonight.

Hello,

It's been a long week here... I've managed to start the "do over" on my diet with a bang, having lost 5 pounds this week (I am sure it is water weight, as it is my first week back on the wagon)...

Hoping to get back into things fully after this week...

So thankful the week is almost over!! Had a nice day yesterday. Got a great massage. Had a crappy workout at the gym though. I didn't leave enough time between eating some pizza and exercising. And there was no airflow at the gym so it was miserable. Went to see the Wizard of Oz at the Muny last night with my daughters and mother in law. It was hot but a really good who.

How's everyone else doing?

I did receive most of the results from the blood work. My blood sugar, cell count, and cholesterol were good. I am still waiting on the thyroid. I was tired all weekend, and today is no exception. Better than early last week, but tired all the same. I should get those results tomorrow. If they are good, then it is off to the doc to find out what else could be causing it.

Hope everyone is having a great weekend. My youngest turned 15 on Friday. I took some of our family and her friends out to dinner that night and then the teenagers went to the movies. It was a 9:10 movie so I decided to go to the gym while they were there. Knew if I went back home, I'd just want to go to bed. Went to a couple of garage sales yesterday and got me a couple of shirts. Got a good work out in at the gym today. Too hot to go walking outside the last couple of days.

t is supposed to be much cooler today!

Had a hard time yesterday. My routine was really thrown off with that fasting bloodwork. I couldn't take my essential oil supplements that I rely on for motivation and energy boost. That, and no coffee..... Not a good combination. Hoping for a much better day!

Running some errands today, but hope to get some flowers planted also. Tonight, we have someone coming for an estimate on those trees. He never called last week when he stopped, like he told me he would so I never knew he was here. And I was in bed when he showed up at 6:30. This works out better since hubby is home.

i might make some banana and quinoa protein bars later. We shall see...

Michelle, I hope everything turns out okay! As for the dreaming and wishing, my guy and I do that all the time... Maybe one day we'll get to the point where we can actually make it reality.

I had an early morning because I had to take him to work. Up at 4:30 and out the door by 5:10am. Eek! I do this every Saturday because I need the car to take my daughter to work in the afternoon before I pick him up at 6pm, and then I get to pick her up at 10pm.

Anyway, since I was up so early, I decided to head down to the battlefield and get a walk in before the tourists showed up. LOL I swear July is here early in Gettysburg! I can't believe how many people are here already. It's great for the small businesses.

I've been doing great with my tracking, and I've walked over 10000 steps per day for the last 5 days! I'd love to say that I've stayed within my calorie range, but my trip to the zoo always packs on extra calories. I've been doing great and staying at the lower end of my range otherwise!

Have a great weekend, all!

Did my fasting labs this morning, then ran some errands. Picked up a bouncy chair for Anastasia that I found on one of those Facebook rummage sale groups. I had hubby tag along "just in case". Checked out a new coffee shop in town. I was starving from fasting, but I was not impressed.... Then, we window shopped at a camper place with lots of dreaming and drooling!

Not much planned for the afternoon. Hubby is going to cut the lawn. If I can find my motivation, I should do some cleaning.....

My symptoms from the hormone imbalance have gotten worse. I started taking the "regular" pills on Sunday, so it should level out soon. This is the first time I have had to deal with this while working. I think I can, I think I can! I have my three month follow up with my Dr tomorrow afternoon. We shall see what that brings!

Noticed on Saturday that my imbalance is causing my hair to fall out and thin. It was a hard pill to swallow. I decided to cut my hair to my shoulders with layers again, along with highlights. My appointment is for next week. Should be a great mood booster!

Made an appointment for Thursday to get an estimate on the two trees that need to come down. We shall see what they charge for that....

Been doing some cooking the last couple of days. I don't usually do much of that during the week, but we were so busy in May and no energy to cook when I was home. My frozen leftovers are zilch! Time to restock!

Made a chicken fruit salad for lunch this week. So yummy!! It has cubed chicken, apples, halved grapes, walnuts, and blueberries in a greek yogurt based dressing flavored with honey and ginger. Made my taste buds happy today!!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. We had a good one. Saturday I grilled some chicken on the bbq pit and then we went to see Alice Through the Looking Glass. I think I may be becoming addicted to grilling. I love it! Sunday I cleaned out the bbq pit and painted my outdoor patio table. It looks amazing!! Now to get a new umbrella and a couple of new patio chairs. Our washer crapped out Sunday morning. My hubby bought a new one but it won't be delivered until Thursday. I went to my parents house to do laundry. They were out of town and I took advantage of the time. Their community has a small lake so I got in a great walk. Turned out to be a really good day!!

HI! Just checking in. Been a while since I posted but I'm still doing good. I'm still eating lower acid foods - the heartburn is still there but the medicine is doing its job. I am still exercising and working in the yard. I have not seemed to have lost any weight - but I'm not giving up!

Talk to you soon,

Debbie

Tammy - That chicken and salsa sounds yummy!! Scary on the fitbit! Glad it is sorted out for you.

Had a very long weak. I was just so tired, and didn't do much after work. I left work early yesterday, since it was slow in the area I work in. My daughter drove up from Madison and we went to some consignment shops to get Anastasia some deals. The one we went to had a Grandmothers club, so I signed up for that. They stamp your card for every $10 you spend. After $100, you get a free $10. It was called Other Mothers - a ver nice store in Plover. We also went to Kohls. I spoiled her rotten emoticon She is a very good baby, not too much fussing. The main thing is she is going through a growth spurt, so she is eating 4 ounces every two hours. Good thing we were shopping for clothes!!

After shopping, we came home and went to dinner with hubby at El Mezcal. My daughter's boyfriend, Derek, can not eat Mexican. She enjoyed her meal. Lastly, we went to my mother in laws to introduce Anastasia. I think we made her night!!

Today is a day for grocery shopping and relaxing. We might even stop at a rummage sale or two. Hoping to get errands done, but rest up. It was a rough week. I start taking hormone pills again tomorrow, so hopefully I notice a difference.

I need to call to have two trees cut down in the front yard. One has branches in between the power lines coming from the road to the house, and the branches are touching the house. Anyone have this done? Wondering about the cost.

WOW that is a bit scary good thing you caught it Tammy. Way to go on the steps, you do that zoo trip every week and it shouldn't be long before you reach the goal of no pain. If not just look at the pain like I do, it means I got up and did something and not just sat around. :)

Howl and you'll find your never alone.

Oh! I just thought of something interesting that happened to me...

Today I received an email from Fitbit thanking me for my order... but I hadn't placed one! I looked at the email, and it seems someone from England decided to use my account to request a free replacement Fitbit Charge HR! His name and address were on the email as the "send to" information.

Needless to say, I contacted Fitbit and told them about it. They cancelled the order, and are investigating... and I changed every password I have!

If you have a Fitbit, be very careful how you use your account, and watch who you add!!!

I'm here! I just haven't had much to talk about that would be of interest (I don't think so, anyway). I spent the day at the National Zoo again yesterday. Now that I'm a member it looks like it may become a weekly trip. *happy dance* I got in over 20,000 steps yesterday just from walking through the zoo. Sadly, my legs are now incredibly stiff and sore. I'll be happy when I can finally come home from a zoo trip and say it doesn't hurt!!!! LOL

I'm taking it easy today. Trying to get my grill ready as it sat all winter. I'm making grilled chicken with warm mango salsa for dinner. It's soooo good!

I hope everyone had a nice day. Enjoy your weekend! I already had mine... LOL

OK, Who's with me?

Going threw your wardrobe and TRYING to find something to wear, that fits and will be cool should be considered an exercise. I mean all the bending and twisting and wiggling... you get tired and sweaty just think about it. LOL

Where's everyone at?

I'm so glad it's Friday. Getting a facial this afternoon and then it's just me and my youngest tonight. My oldest is away at a basketball tournament and won't be back until Sunday. Think I'll work on cleaning the house tonight. Going to the movies tomorrow night. Not really excited about the movie, but oh well. I'm going to try the barbell class at the gym in the morning. Little nervous b/c I'm never done it before but figured it would be a good way to get my strength training in.

Glad you had a great weekend Michelle! It was hard for me to go back to work today. I was busy in the morning and was bored in the afternoon. Both kids had practice tonight so I went down to the riverfront and walked 5 miles. I loved it! Love walking at different places. I'm off tomorrow and hoping the rain holds off so I can walk to the pool. I bought a new swim suit and I love it!! If it rains, think I'll head to the gym and work out in their pool. Not the same, but will make do!!

Sorry for my absence! I was extremely tired last week and went out of town for the weekend.

Had a great weekend with friends and family! My car was ready for me to pick up Thursday after work, so I didn't need to drive the rental car down. I was dancing the happy dance!! Visited with the family that hubby stays with on Friday night for a bit. We always have such a great time with lots of laughs!!! Hubby stayed there for the weekend so that he could help do some roofing. It was the least he could do since he stays there rent free. I spent Saturday with my step mom. Spent the whole day in our jimmies playing Joker Rummy and Mexican Train! We even ordered a pizza to be delivered for dinner so we wouldn't have to get dressed and leave the house. That was the first time she has ever had pizza delivered and she is 79!!!!!

Headed home yesterday, but stopped at my daughter's for a visit. My sister was there for a couple of hours, and then did some bumming with my daughter. Cuddles from Anastasia made the day perfect!!!

Today is a day of chores. Hubby is mowing the lawn. It hasn't been mowed since Mother's Day weekend and looks like a forest!! I am doing our grocery shopping and may get some flowers for the yard. I think the scare of overnight frost should be done.

Hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Day!

I hope everyone has been having a great weekend! We've all been quiet in the chit chat here. We went to Six Flags yesterday. It was bring a friend day for season pass holders so it was packed. Kids had fun. Today is cleaning house day and repainting the patio table. Fun fun!!

Diet Dr Pepper is my big downfall, too. LOL

It is 89 degrees here today but feels like 95 with the humidity. I'm having a lazy day (sort of). I'm focusing on cleaning out my laundry room because that is my only storage area (no attic, no basement). That alone is an all day chore. Besides, after walking around all day yesterday in 93 degree heat, my body is just plain tired (and tanned... LOL). I'll be going back there often, though, so maybe my body will adjust. The layout is just one big hill. You have to walk uphill to see everything and then walk back downhill to get to the parking area that I use. There were also plenty of opportunities to take stairs, so I did. Maybe later on I'll take a walk, but right now I'm not sure...

Tammy I have the same issue with my sodium. I just can't kick the Diet Dr. Pepper habit.

I'm beat today! I worked until about 2 in the morning last night working the lock in for the graduating seniors. Kids were really excited and really good. We had so much food!! I overate but it happens. I took my fitbit off since we were hauling a lot of stuff in and didn't want to lose it. Had about 8000 steps in before 8 last night. I'm sure I got at least 12000 in. I had to come in to work at 7 this morning so I'll be getting a nice nap in this afternoon after my dentist appt.

I love that's it summer. Hoping the rain will hold off later so I can walk outside and do some grilling. I think I'm going to be addicted to the bbq pit!

Hope everyone has a great weekend!!

Good morning!

Vicky, have fun! These teenagers are beasts. LOL My daughter's preparing for her senior year. She's so excited!

What a day I had yesterday! I'm officially a "FONZ" member (Friends of the National Zoo), so I'll be driving an hour and a half to see the pandas and all the other animals as often as possible. I spent the whole day at the zoo and still didn't get to see everything. What's really cool is that they have volunteer opportunities... I would love to work at a zoo! I've always had a love of animals.

I'm not really sure what I'm doing today. I'm still beat from all of the walking I did yesterday (over 15000 steps)! I did a great job with my walking this week, but my sodium was WAY up. I'm getting it back to normal levels and thinking I'll do my weigh in tomorrow instead of today. Right now I'm showing no loss and no gain, so I'm assuming it might go down if I have a normal sodium day. LOL We shall see...

Have a great day, everyone!

Hi everyone! We had a crazy storm here this morning and now it's sunny and beautiful. Gotta love Missouri weather. I actually had a dream that we got for Memorial Day weekend! That would suck. Tonight is graduation for our school. My kids aren't graduating yet but I'm working the project graduation tonight. We host a lock in for the graduates at a place that is like the ymca. I'm not working the whole night but will be there until about 1-2 in the morning. Wish me luck!! I usually struggle to stay up til 10!

Happy Wednesday, everyone! Day 16 for me and down 3.5 lbs. I keep telling myself to just stay accountable and track everything and SP will work for me this time!
I tend to get busy or forgetful/lazy when I get home from work, so I have been finding that walking at my breaks and lunches during the day are better for me.
Hope you all are having a great week and looking forward to the holiday weekend. I'm currently browsing sparkrecipes.com for lower carb and calorie options to serve at our cookout!

Take care! emoticon

Hello Tuesday. Day off today, and had plans to mow the lawn, get housework done, etc. Well at about 6 am my body had a different plan for me. I had shooting pain across my chest. Freaked the heck out of me.

My partner took me to the er. Last time I was a patient in the hospital was literally 30 yrs ago, when I was 13 having reconstructive ear drum surgery.

Thankfully everything is totally fine. Was not my heart. More like a muscle strain, so the doc thinks. ( I did up my cardio weights from 1.5 per hand to 2 pounds per hand)

Got home fairly early, but kind of out of it still, mentally exhausting morning. Prob skipping my scheduled strength workout today, though I am trying to still get my steps to 5k.

I don't care how many detours this journey has, I WILL get there!

Good Tuesday afternoon! I just got back from my 3 mile walk on the battlefield. Boy is it packed with people today! There are plenty of school field trips going on this week I suppose. I made sure to walk the steps of the PA Monument because my legs are weak from not having any stairs to walk for over 5 years (my place and my office both have no stairs, and neither does any other place that I go to other than the battlefield). I'm working my way up with that, and eventually I will go up to the top of the two taller towers on the field. The last time I tried to do that I was so winded that I had to sit for several minutes because I thought I was going to pass out... I just need to take it one step at a time (pun fully intended)!

The weather is so nice that I'm considering going back down into town for a walk after dinner. I'm going to miss being able to do all of this when I return to work in the fall!

Have a great day, everyone!

Tonight is my daughter's band banquet. It is always a fun night. I'm off tomorrow and my kids may be going to Six Flags so it may just be me and dog at home. I can live with that. It's supposed to rain so if they don't go, I may see if they want to get pedicures. I'm in great need of one!!

Welcome Monday! I had plans to work in the yard all weekend but it rained. So I had a lazy weekend - I kind of needed it - so it was all good!

Got a new grill so I'm ready to cook!

Good morning everyone! I had a great weekend. The weather was beautiful and I got some really great walks in. Going to be nice today and then rain for the next couple of days. It amazes me how much the weather affects my mood. I really love getting outside. Grilled on the bbq pit yesterday for the first time this season. I miss doing that. And my whole family sat down at the table for dinner. We don't get that very often.

Happy Friday!!!! Well, to most, that is... LOL My guy works Friday through Monday so my weekends are Tues, Weds, Thurs until I return to work.

Speaking of which, I can see where my issues are when it comes to my struggle to lose weight. When my honey's home and it's raining, I'm scared to death to do a workout with him around. I'm embarrassed and afraid he'll poke fun at me like my ex husband did. I know, I have issues. He swears he won't do that to me, but the fear is still there. He's also good at trying to hand me bits of what he's snacking on... Most of the time I resist the temptation (yesterday I talked him out of going for malts after our 3 mile walk on the battlefield). He said he's amazed by my will power when it comes to food. Sadly, that doesn't help when I'm not getting my workouts in as I should. I also need to really start sticking to a strength training routine. I know I'd lose more if I built up my muscle.

Yesterday was wonderful. Finally a day without rain! So, we drove down into town and walked along Culp's Hill (for you history buffs, there was a good bit of fighting there on the 2nd day of the Battle of Gettysburg). I made sure to go along the new paths they've cut out of the grass to see a few monuments that I haven't seen before (because they were overgrown). The whole walk has plenty of hills and we typically stick to the road. There are always plenty of animals about to admire (squirrels, chipmunks, birds, cows, and the occasional snake, deer or red fox). I got to pet a few dogs along the way (I'm not allowed to have a dog because I rent, so I'll pet one if I can!). I truly enjoyed getting out and giving my legs a challenge. It was a beautiful day.

Have a great day, everyone! I'm tempted to go do that walk again if I have time...

Happy Thursday everyone! My daughter's soccer team plays for the district championship tonight. Thankful it's a nice day today. It was cold and rainy when they played on Monday. Today is also the kids last day of school!! I only have to worry about me in the mornings now!! It's been getting light out about 5 so I may try to get a 2 mile walk done in the mornings. Tomorrow I'm going to the spinning class at the gym at 5:30 in the morning. Will have to shower at the gym and should make it to work just in time.

I have found that Spark works when you follow it.....LOL

Hubby and I are going camping this weekend. We are just looking forward to rest and relaxation. It has just been super busy around here lately! Of course, we will be doing some hiking too!!

Haven't had much time to do any preparation, but I'll be leaving work at 11:00 on Friday. That should give us time to get everything ready. The campground is only an hour away, and we can't check in until 3 anyway.

Woke up much better today. That nap yesterday really helped! Now, to make it through two more days..

Good morning, everyone!

Vicky, I understand about the kids! Luckily, my son graduated in 2015 and my daughter graduates next year! What will be difficult will be balancing work (when I return to my position in the fall--unless I find a new job that's full time), school, my son's therapy (he has autism), and being sure that I have time for my workouts. It's going to be interesting to say the least. LOL

Today I got to take my measurements for the first time since starting back with SP... Altogether I've lost almost 3 inches already! I wish I'd lost more from my waist (only 1/2 an inch), but I did manage to lose from multiple areas. At least I can see that it's working for me even though I haven't lost any weight in about 2 weeks.

Have a great day!

~Tammy

Tammy, I loved going to school. I'm thinking about doing it when my kids get out of high school. I'm very involved in the parent groups at their school and I'm not gonna know what to do with myself!!

Hope everyone is having a great day! It's still raining here but is supposed to get back to gorgeous weather in a couple of days. It's amazing how much the weather affects my exercise motivation.

The farm wedding was just adorable!! The ceremony was outside, with cocktails and the reception in an old barn. The decor was so cute with screened windows with pictures from the couples youth. We had such a great time!!

Stopped by my daughter's on the way home yesterday to see how she was holding up. Anastasia is looking much better, and was officially taken off the billie blanket yesterday. The blanket is more of a belt. It is alternative for parents to administer at home, rather than having the babies hospitalized. The light is a neon blue. It was very hard for her to sleep with that light in her face.

I am very tired today, but made it without a nap - just too much to do! I made a fruit and chicken pasta salad for the remainder of the week lunches. Baked BBQ chicken with fire roasted veggies for dinner, along with dishes and laundry. Hoping to sleep like a rock tonight!!

On Friday, I hit a raccoon on Hwy 39 on my way to work. It damaged by front bumper and my cooling system. Called the insurance company today. Now, I wait for them to call me back. What a pain, and then the $500 deductible too!

Happy Monday Everyone! I started out this morning with a 3 mile run and I also walked a mile. I pushed myself at lunch time to get outdoors to get in another 2 mile walk. I'm hoping to make it to Zumba tonight. I try to keep myself moving so I can get in a lot of steps on my Fitbit. There are 5 more challenges this week. Have a great day everyone!

Stopping in to say hello! I'm getting my groove back. I took a walk earlier and just finished up a short workout.

I'm in the midst of trying to convince myself that I can be 41 and go to college (I never had the chance when I was younger). I've been playing with the idea for years now, and I'm scared to death of failing. I'm also afraid that I'll have to stop once I start because with my luck something in my life will change that will prevent me from finishing... Ugh! There's always something...

I hope everyone's having a great day!
