I have cut white bread, white rice, and white potatoes from my diet. Whole grain sandwich thins, sweet potatoes, fruits and vegetables. I try and have half my calories come from carbs. I am diabetic and its working well so far. The amount of insulin I need is much lower now than it has been in years. I am doing cardio every day and strength training M/W/F. Nothing as intense as crossfit but I only started exercising 2 months ago.

I am 42 yo female who has already lost 80 pounds and have now gained back 15. I lost most of it by exercise and Weight Watchers. I tried to go back to WW, but my body isn't reacting at all, I actually gained weight! I am back to my low carb diet which seems to work, but I am not sure how many carbs I need to eat in order to keep up with my high intesity workouts. I do crossfit 5 days/week and zumba once a week. I keep trying to play with the amount of carbs and what kind but can't seem to find the "sweet spot". Any ideas?
