STG 1: journal food daily x 7 days. (Not met) STG 2: exercise 60 mins x 5/7 days. (Close; off to the gym today!) STG 3: 151 by end of month. (Going the wrong direction) LTG: 145 by end of Nov. (Still a good plan!)
