Congratulations you guys! I don't usually weigh until Mondays, but I made the mistake of weighing three times this week, and got different numbers every time. Not only that, but they were HIGHER numbers...
I'm hoping that is just inaccurate, because normally when I weigh, it's first thing Monday morning before I've eaten or had any water or anything else. I don't see how I could have GAINED this week, just because I know I haven't went over my calorie range at all, AND I actually started my exercise plan today. Of course, it was just today but I actually did start which I'm quite proud of. Anyways, congratulations you bunch of losers!
I hope I can call myself one tomorrow too! lol
W4 N/C so we'll just assume that was due to adding some muscle!!
If it feels comfortable and easy, then nothing is changing!
