I can't believe I gained a pound . I've been good... tracked my calories... ok, so I did not do that much exercise, but I drank my water and ate right... this is so frustrating!Oh, well.. water under the bridge... today is Monday and all I can do is keep on going.
Congratulations to all of you for your weight lose.. way to go, guys!

Hi All. I was only down 2 lbs this week. It was my first week, though, and I hadn't planned on doing this so I didn't follow the diet real closely. I think just the food, water & activity tracking did it for me. I hope this week is better since I plan to follow the actual diet more closely.

Congratulations you guys! I don't usually weigh until Mondays, but I made the mistake of weighing three times this week, and got different numbers every time. Not only that, but they were HIGHER numbers... emoticon I'm hoping that is just inaccurate, because normally when I weigh, it's first thing Monday morning before I've eaten or had any water or anything else. I don't see how I could have GAINED this week, just because I know I haven't went over my calorie range at all, AND I actually started my exercise plan today. Of course, it was just today but I actually did start which I'm quite proud of. Anyways, congratulations you bunch of losers! emoticon I hope I can call myself one tomorrow too! lol

Thats great Titan. When I first weighed last week I was down 11. It was a great feeling shock really. But I knew that this week was gonna be lower I have been watching the biggest loser and thats what happend to them.Good luck

Congratulations on the weight losses.
I feel really good about this week, so I can't wait to see what the scale says next Monday. I made it a goal to not weigh myself inbetween weigh-ins, I was getting on that thing every day and driving myself crazy.

Nice job. I had my first weigh in today and I lost 11 lbs. I'm sure my numbers are only going to be a couple of lbs a week for now but it's nice to get off to a good start.
