One cookie won't kill you, but as someone said, the whole SLEEVE is a no-no. One thing I've found is really tuning into the difference in how I feel after eating a sugary snack rather than eating something truly healthful. Find a fruit snack that you like or something with fiber to help fill you up and keep your water bottle/Crystal Light FULL!!! Way to go on beating the temptation.
Nothing beats a "failure" but a "try". Shoot for the moon, and even if you fall short, you'll be among the stars.
Try drinking a glass of water and if you are still hungry and want the cookie have one. If not the water can "trick" the full feeling. I have done this trick on several occasions and most of the time I don't eat the item I thought I wanted.
Maybe bring one of those 100 calorie oreo packs,I think they make them in chocolate chip too. It will give you the taste and feel without blowing your program. For something to drink grab a water bottle and a crystal light peach tea. Its pretty good.

All this week I am having resident appreciation week here at my apartment complex. Today I am having school supplies for the kids - AND - COOKIES and JUICE. Those little juice boxes are 100 CALORIES!! I will resist - I must resist - But I think I will have 1 cookie this afternoon!! A chocolate chip!! At least I can put away the rest and serve them tomorrow at the picnic!! We are having hamburgers and hot dogs - I think I will bring a boca burger - I think there is one left in our freezer!! I almost feel bad serving those burgers!!
