I know the feeling, I'm starting at 405, I'd like to lose 150-200 lbs which is insane... but I will be happy just getting back under 4 no matter what the loss is. I just ordered a new scale, so my first weigh in will be about 2 weeks into dieting. I don't want to do it too often, I want to see some progress.
