The best or most accurate way to track calories burned during a workout is either with a bodybug or heart rate monitor but even that is not 100% accurate. Going by the amount that they give you is not totally wrong as it is a genaric based on your info, but there again is a generic number so not 100% accurate. Just keep track and be consistent and you will do fine.
