The best or most accurate way to track calories burned during a workout is either with a bodybug or heart rate monitor but even that is not 100% accurate. Going by the amount that they give you is not totally wrong as it is a genaric based on your info, but there again is a generic number so not 100% accurate. Just keep track and be consistent and you will do fine.

The road to success is not straight. There is a curve called Failure, a loop called Confusion, speed bumps called Friends, red lights called Enemies, caution lights called Family. You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.

It is on your fitness page. Go to my fitness in the my trackers tab. It should be at the bottom of your fitness page under my exercises.

Is there a way to figure out how to find out how many calories you burned after a workout? I added a few in that I did today and not sure how much I burned.
