Hello and welcome to the team. you can do it just remember to take it slow and focus on what you can do today. Sometimes there are things that come up that are not within our power but if you focus on the best you can do you will do great.

You will have flats called Jobs. But, if you have a spare called Determination, an engine called Perseverance, insurance called Faith, a driver called Jesus, you will make it to a place called Success.
welcome cindy. i am also new. i seem to fail at every diet i have tried. my husband has now been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. our house now is a healthy house. today we visit with the dietician and go from there. but with exercise we love to walk. i dont go to the gym. so walking is the best for us. try something fun. dance around your house. do you have kids? make something fun for them. exercise doesnt mean that it cant be fun. i hope this helps.

Hi, My name is also Cindy and I'm 36. I need to loose about 120lbs. This is my first time writing that number anywhere. I need to loose 40lbs before summer- per my doc. I have failed consistently at diets, and really need to find an exercise plan that I can stick too. I've never had an accountability partner for weight loss, but considering everything, I'm willing to try it.
